Anyone who was down in Texas before the Texas Toast Jam probably saw how much rain they got down there. There were rumors that 9th Street was a complete mess with a ton of water sitting. Some how, magically, the trails dried out and a heavy crew went to work on getting the place running for their annual Halloween trails jam!
