Part 2 of the Behind the Scenes series with Chad DeGroot gets into sponsorships and how he worked his way up from some random kid in Wisconsin to one of the top BMX riders in the world. Definitely interesting to hear this since Chad has been in the game for a long time!

ESPN BMX dropped this video from this years Heathens Jam that went down in Pennsylvania! Check out footage of Chris Doyle, Van Homan, Clint Reynolds, Mykel Larrin, Mark Potoczny, Jeremy Ball, Scotty Yoquelet and more getting down at the trails. This looks like it was a damn good time!

Brian Foster – Life After BMX
It’s a weird time for BMX with a lot of legendary guys most of us grew up idolizing are getting up there in age. Over the past few years, Brian Foster has been busy making the transition from professional rider to… real life. ESPN BMX dropped a column written by Brian about his transition and his future goals of earning a PHD in Physical Therapy that I think is pretty interesting, especially for some of us older guys who don’t get that opportunity to ride nearly as much thanks to the responsibilities of adulthood. The name Dr. Blue Falcon does sound pretty awesome though…
Mark Mulville Video Bike Check
We’re pretty sure Mark Mulville has had the most bike checks in BMX, but it’s not a bad thing because he’s always running an awesome ride! ESPN caught up with him at Woodward East during Profile Racing trip a few weeks back and got an up close look at his current Subrosa Silva II setup loaded with signature parts galore and some amazing riding! Enjoy!
