FBM at Whipsnake
It’s pretty wild how many crazy good DIY spots there are just hiding all over the world. The FBM crew were fortunate enough to catch a session at a place called Whipsnake that skateboarder, Tom Risser, built out in the woods of South Carolina. This place looks amazing and it looks like they had a super good time there. Take a peek at the BMX video above to see what went down.

The guys over at FBM are always busy pumping out some American made BMX Frames. Today, we got a look at the new color they’re offering on their “Hardway” frame… Safety Orange! If you’re looking for a bright new color, this might just be what you’re looking for.
The Hardway frame is made from 4130 chromoly tubing with a 75.5-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 8.75″ stand over height, 11.88″ bottom bracket height and an 13.2″ (slammed) chain stay length. You can find an internally machined integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, a double butted top tube, straight gauge down tube, internally machined Mid bottom bracket, internally butted seat tube, single bend and squashed seat stays, tapered seat and chain stays, integrated seat post clamp, heat-treated 14mm drop outs and removable seat stays. Oh, and there’s a rad FBM head tube badge that really sets things off.
The Hardway frame is available in 20.25″, 20.5″, 20.75″, 21″ and 21.25″ top tube lengths with color options of black, translucent gold and Safety orange through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry FBM worldwide now for $359.99.

FBM dropped this brand new BMX video featuring Phil Jones putting his unique approach to street riding to good use! Check out a bunch of creative lines and jibs, along with some serious ass hauling for some wild gaps. Definitely worth hitting play on this one!
Zach Rogers Bike Check
Earlier this week we got a look one of the prototype frames that FBM are working on on Phil Jones’ bike, now today we get a look at the 2nd prototype frame that is in the works. Go check out Zach Rogers’ Bike Check that’s decked out with FBM and Profile Racing parts as well as a close up look at that frame.
FBM released a few details on the frame… This prototype has a 75.25-degree head tube angle, 72-degree seat tube angle, 11.625″ bottom bracket height, 9.125″ standover height and a 13.625″ chain stay length. Expect more details closer to release.
Sneak Peek: FBM – New Street Frame
The crew over at FBM have been working on a new street frame that will be available soon. They dropped a quick Bike Check of sorts with Phil Jones who has been testing the frame out for a little while now. The geometry on the frame features a 75.25-degree head tube angle, 72-degree seat tube angle, 9.125″ stand over height, 11.625″ bottom bracket height and a 13.625 chain stay length. You can get more photos of the frame by hitting the FBM website.
From what they say on the site, this is just one of two of the new frames they are currently working on, so expect another preview sooner than later of the other!
