FBM X Madera – Mike Hinkens Edit
After quite some time without a frame sponsor, it looks like Mike Hinkens has found himself a home on FBM! Check out this new edit for FBM and Mike’s long time sponsor, Madera that’s loaded with unique spots and plenty of grinds and wall rides. Take a peek!
“I have been traveling and riding my bike for quite a few years now and this year was no different in many ways: cool spots, cool people, fun riding, and unforgettable experiences.
As of late, a little bit of “newness” is making all that amazing old stuff even better. I am proud to say that I will be rocking an almost entirely American Made bike courtesy of the usual Madera BMX and now also courtesy of FBM! I am very thankful and stoked to help represent a brand that represents so many of the things BMX is all about: Friends, Fun, Travel, and Community.
To say hello to FBM and thank you to both FBM and Madera, here is an edit that I hope is a clear indication of what we all should remember about BMX. Have fun. Ride Bikes.” – Mike Hinkens
Sneak Peek: FBM – Angel of Death Frame
I have a feeling there are some tears of joy coming from a few of your older guys out there! Above is a sneak peek look at the new Angel of Death frame that FBM is cooking up. This frame uses the same look as the original with the wishbones of the seat and chain stays, but uses a mid bottom bracket, integrated head tube and I’d assume much lighter tubing than the original. Full specs and details will be released further down the road when these are close to release.
“When We started making frames, we wanted to make something strong, functional, and totally awesome.
What we came up with was the Angel Of Death, and years later, it’s back!
With final details still pending, we have this spy shot of one of 3 existing NEW Angel of Death frames made in house at FBM Machine Shop!
Keep an ear to the ground for more information!
Current Testing being done by Dylan Cole and Kelly Baker…” – FBM
