I had heard rumors that Dave Harrison was moving on from being head welder at FBM, but I wasn’t sure if they were true or not. Rumors tend to fly in BMX, so I like to wait until it’s made official. Well, it’s about as official as it gets now since Dave has an interview on ESPN where he talks about his decision, where he’s going and what his next project will be.

FBM posted up a couple questions with Ruel Smith. Olympic swimming is serious business.

If you caught Tom Blyth‘s interview we had on here a few weeks ago, then you would have saw that we talked a little bit about his new signature Bellwitch frame from FBM. Just a reminder to get your ass to Ithica on Jun 18th!
“As some of you might know, Our Good friend, and one of the guys that helped start FBM, Mike Tag was diagnosed with Stage 2 lymphoma recently. MIke is currently in Chemotherapy, unable to work, and does not have health insurance.
We are actively working to raise money, and the response and support has been amazing, so thanks to everyone who has already helped out!
On June 18th we are having a jam in Mike’s hometown, Ithaca NY, where it all began for FBM 18 years ago.
We will be doing, events, raffles, bands will be playing, and so on…
We hope to do some raffles, and give out prizes to the younger riders.
If anyone has the capacity to make even the smallest donation towards the fundraising raffle, it would be greatly appreciated.
We are also asking if you guys could help circulate this flyer, the more people we can cram into the skatepark, and the parking lot outside, the better.
If you do send anything, please do so by june 15th,
and send it to
