Larry Edgar builds up a fresh Flybikes Aire setup and puts it to good use on a backyard ramp!

Flybikes coming through with a fresh video Bike Check with Larry Edgar and his current Aire setup! Larry builds up a fresh bike, then proceeds to put it to proper use during a backyard ramp session with his dog! This is a dialed looking bike and some damn good riding!

“When you go as fast and as big as Larry Edgar goes, you need to know that you can count on the parts that are on your bike. That’s why we not only design our bikes, frames and parts to look great, but to be able to handle the abuse that comes from riding. When we worked with Larry on designing his signature Aire frame, we knew we had to do something that he could take to the trails, ramps or a street spot and have it be able to take on everything he throws at it. We did just that, and Larry rides one dialed bike. Courage Adams puts his signature Flybikes Savanna line to work!

Here’s one we’ve been anxiously waiting to see! Flybikes just released this new video featuring Courage Adams putting his signature Savanna Frame and bars to work on the streets. Over the last few years, we’ve come to learn that Courage is an absolute machine and has some of the craziest bike control, balance and style that never fails to make our jaws drop. The way he puts a cassette hub to work makes us wonder why people even use freecoasters sometimes! This video is just shy of 2 minutes long and it’s loaded with some serious nose balance, manual lines and more. Add in some excellent film work and you have a BMX video that you will not want to miss!

Etnies just released this brand new Jameson Vulc MT shoe in Devon’s signature Tan / Brown / White color that just so happens to match his signature Flybikes Fuego 5 frame that came out in Translucent Gold. The Jameson Vulc MT is a Mid Top style version of the ever popular Jameson Vulc shoe with a suede upper with a leather back strap, round metal lace loops and a mesh tongue with a leather sewn on patch. Inside you can find the STI Foam Lite 1 Insole with a custom logo featuring Devon’s Fuego logo from his signature Fuego line through Flybikes and the Inset lycra spandex in the achilles for extra comfort. The Midsole is made from an egg-crate construction and the sole features the Geo Hex tread pattern that gives you a ton of grip on the pedals!

2018 Flybikes Fuego 5 Frame

The 5th version of Devon Smillie’s signature Fuego frame has arrived. The 2018 Fuego 5 frame is made from seamless Japanese 4130 chromoly tubing with a 75.5º head tube angle, 71º seat tube angle, 11.75” bottom bracket height, 9.25” standover height and a shorter 12.8” chainstay length. You can find an offset thickness integrated head tube with internal and external top and downtube gussets, a multi-butted and tapered top and down tube, an extra thick top tube and seat tube junction for additional strength, a multi-butted seat tube, Mid bottom bracket shell, 4130 chromoly Invesment Cast seatpost clamp with the Horizontal Cut System for better clamping power with less torque on the frame, Investment Cast seat and chainstay bridges, Dylan style removable brake mounts and Investment Cast dropouts with the integrated chain tensioners. The Fuego 5 frame weighs in at 5.13 lbs.
