This event always looks like it is an awesome time and it seems like every year is bigger than the past… So if you’re anywhere remotely close to Hastings on September 1st, I highly advise you are at this! Effraim has been busy the past few weeks getting thing dialed in with the return of the King of Concrete contest. Today the official flyer and the dates have been set. Anyone who remembers the old King of Concrete contests back in the day knows this should be an awesome time. Mark your calendars!

Mark your calendars, August 23rd to 25th, 2013. King Of Concrete is a weekend event that caters for almost all different types of riding, we have legendary bowls, spine mini, flatland, vert, park and a highest bunnyhop competitions.
We are shooting for £2000 prize money purse for this year!
£1000 for flatland and park respectively. We have already had £200 donated by The Lab for best trick in the bowls, £100 donated by both The Pit Stop Cafe and The Sandwich Bar in Southsea. Thank you! Hope to see you there!”- Effraim Catlow

KERT PETERSEL, ALBIE BENNETT, LEE HOPKINS, CHRIS CRAWFORD, DIRT RON, DEAN DICKINSON, WAFFLE, COLT FAKE AND MYSELF. POSSIBLY A PARTY MANAGEMENT APPEARANCE. IF ITS TOO WEIRD YOUR TOO SCARED.” – Sean Burns
The STL Pro is going down May 17th – 19th at the Plan Nine skatepark in St. Louis! There’s $1000 up for grabs along with a bunch of prizes from the sponsors and good times. Every time I think of Connecticut I think of the old Props where Brian Tunney tries to say it, haha. Random thought. But yeah! If you live out near Connecticut, get stoked because the Animal guys are making 3 shop stops between Thursday and Saturday! If you are near any of these places, I advise you make it there because it’s going to be a good time.
Here’s a flyer for the benefit jam that’s going down at the Berkley Springs skatepark on May 25th. All money raised will go towards building a new box jump and making other updates to the park. If you are in the West Virginia area, make sure you make your way to this one for sure.
