Here’s the official video from the Nike Chosen LA Tunnel Jam that went down recently. Nigel Dennis, Garrett and Chad all get a few clips and talk about the event.
Ty Morrow Leaves Federal for Fiend
Ty Morrow has parted way with Federal to ride for Fiend, which I’m assuming is Garrett Reynolds’ new brand he is starting.
“So the time has come to announce that Ty is moving on from Federal to new things. Obviously we’re pretty bummed but can understand Ty’s desire to go and be part of something his best friend is starting, as a result we only wish him the best in his future endeavors. We’d like to take the opportunity to publicly say thanks to Ty for all he’s done for Federal over the last 2 years and good luck with the next chapter.” – Federal

Nike – The Chosen Trailer
More BMX Videos
It would appear that Nike gave their crew some freedom to ride a school in California. This is just a trailer, but I have a feeling things will get nuts.

Nike 6.0 The Pool Announced
I knew something more was going on with those Nike 6.0 “The Pool” videos that were popping up. It was between a contest of some sort, or a porno. Turns out, it’s not a porno and they are looking to throw another big contest. This time around, they have asked 10 of the worlds top riders to assemble teams to compete in The Pool. Each rider will be picking 3 members to be on their team. The details of the contest haven’t been released, but the 10 captains have been.
Jason Phelan, Van Homan, Dennis Enarson, Ruben Alcantara, Harry Main, Brian Kachinsky, Garrett Reynolds, Sebastian Keep, Alex Kennedy and Drew Bezanson will all pick three more riders.
The full teams will be released soon with Van and Jason’s teams being released at some point today. This is going to be good.
Edit: Here’s Jason and Van’s picks…
1. Jason Phelan (IRL)
2. Kriss Kyle (UK)
3. Geoff Slattery (US)
4. Ben Hennon (UK)
1. Van Homan (US)
2. Brian Foster (US)
3. Darryl Tocco (US)
