Julian has been putting in a ton of work over the years and he recently ended up doing really well in the X Games Real BMX video contest (X Games Real BMX 2020 – Julian Molina Wins Fan Favorite). X Games Real BMX 2020 – Crash Reel

As awesome as it would be to be able to film a full video part and not get wrecked a few times, that just isn’t going to happen when you’re pushing things for something like the X Games Real BMX video contest. Here’s a compilation of crash clips and b-roll giving us a look at some of the slams and abuse these guys went through while getting the clips they needed for their parts!

The X Games have released the full show they aired on TV to release the videos and announce the winners of Real BMX 2020! This show has all the video parts from Garrett Reynolds, Nathan Williams, Erik Elstran, Julian Molina, Lewis Mills and Simone Barraco, along with behind the scenes footage, insight from the judges and more! X Games Real BMX 2020 – Julian Molina Wins Fan Favorite

Julian Molina wins the X Games Real BMX 2020 Fan Favorite vote!

Here’s some news were super stoked on and definitely had a feeling we would see after the response the video got. Julian Molina took the Fan Favorite win for X Games Real BMX 2020 with 45.68% of the vote, which was a landslide since Simone Barraco came in 2nd with 17.01% of the vote and Garrett Reynolds with 13.35% of the vote. Check out Julian’s section from the full show where they announced the winners, before the Fan Favorite vote took place. This gives a good behind the scenes look at how much work Julian put into this! Hell yeah, Julian!

“Julian Molina is the first adaptive athlete to compete in the Real Series. At age 7, Julian lost his leg in a skateboarding accident. Then he picked up a BMX bike and started devising new techniques to ride street with just one leg and a crutch to maneuver. We normally don’t feature the behind the scenes segments of all the athletes in the Real Series (it’s in the full episode though) but we thought this cutdown was worth it because Julian is a straight up badass! It’s always rad seeing BMX featured in places that you really don’t see it featured all too often. There’s an awesome feature up on the Forbes website featuring Julian Molina. This tells the story of Julian and how he didn’t let losing a leg stop him from riding BMX at a very high level. X Games Real BMX 2020 has arrived!

Earlier today we posted up each of the X Games Real BMX 2020 videos separately, but they’re on Youtube now, so we figured we would post them all up together for easy viewing! This year features Garrett Reynolds and filmer Tony Ennis, Julian Molina and filmer Darryl Tocco, Erik Elstran and filmer Walter Pieringer, Lewis Mills and filmer Ben Norris, Nathan Williams and filmer Peter Adam, and Simone Barraco and filmer Ryan Chadwick! Needless to say this is a stacked batch of riders that all bring their own unique style to the streets, and none of them are scared to send it! X Games Real BMX 2020 – Trailer

There’s been a lot of events cancelled in 2020, but the X Games Real BMX video contest didn’t get shut down! Here’s the trailer for the videos that are set to drop August 17th! This year, like all the past years, is absolutely STACKED and it’s looking like these guys went all out to produce some heavy videos. We’re especially excited to see Julian Molina‘s video since he’s been killing it with one leg for years and never disappoints with his videos. Either way, this is going to be a super good mix of riding from each of these guys. So get stoked.
