We have seen a lot of how-to BMX videos pop up online as of late and some tricks are pretty basic and some have been pretty complex and difficult. Today, Kriss Kyle gives us a How-To video that’s more of a happy medium in comparison to some that we’ve seen. Watch as Kriss gives you some insight on the can-can double peg grind. Kriss gives plenty of insight and examples, as well as additional footage from Alex Donnachie and one Unit 23 local who gave it a go as well. Some of you might recall Kriss pulled a super badass can can double peg in his Kaleidoscope video, so this is definitely a trick that makes sense to do one of these for.

Red Bull – Behind the Scenes of Kaleidoscope: The Cinematography
The behind the scenes footage from Red Bull Kaleidoscope video keep on coming! Today, we were given a behind the scenes look at what went into the filming of the project and how they took rough ideas and drawings of ramps and made them a reality. It also gives us some insight into the camera equipment that was used during the filming process… There were definitely no VX1000’s used during the making of this one… In fact, we’re sure you could probably buy a hundred VX1000’s with the gear these guys rolled in with. All in all, it’s pretty crazy to see the level this project as a whole was on… It’s also good to see Matty Lambert was behind one of the main cameras filming this project. BMX riders tend to know a thing or two about filming BMX riders than somebody that has never rode before, haha. Hit play and take it all in already!
“Kriss Kyle and the production crew take us behind the scenes to show us how they achieved the impressive optical illusions and cinematography in his riding film, Kaleidoscope.”
