You know it’s going to be a good week when Monday morning you get a message from Andy Maguire with a link to his latest video he put together. Here’s 3 minutes of riding from the San Jose area featuring Andy and the rest of the crew going to work on spots over the past few months. “Earlier this year, I stepped down from a job that I worked at for almost 10 years to focus more on the aspects of my life that bring me joy. Most of this video was filmed in the long months leading up to taking that big leap. These sessions were therapeutic, allowing me to explore, learn, and socialize in a way that keeps me motivated to ride BMX. And after 3 months away from the grind, I feel like my life is a lot more balanced and fulfilling, getting to put my A-game energy back into family and riding rather than a job that was becoming increasingly dissatisfying.
