Monster Energy – Toyota Triple Challenge: Atlanta

March 9, 2017

We were starting to wonder if Monster Energy would be releasing their official edit from the Toyota Triple Challenge stop in Atlanta, Georgia. They finally dropped it online, so here’s a look at all of the action that went down at this stop! Plenty of crazy flips, whips, spins and much more in this one.

“The third and final stop of the 2017 Toyota BMX Triple Challenge hit the Party In the Pits before the gates dropped at the Monster Energy Supercross in the Georgia Dome. With Monster’s own Kyle Baldock in the points lead going into Atlanta, the best riders in the world came out swinging for the overall title. Attempts at 360 body varials, quad whips into 720 barspin-to-barspins, backflip triple whips, 1080s into cash rolls, 360 double barspin-to-late downside tailwhip…the level of riding in Atlanta was even beyond the first two stops. In the end, Kyle laid down a backflip barspin-to-tailwhip and a 720 double tailwhip to score second place and take the crown as the first ever Toyota BMX Triple Challenge Champion.
Results:

First Place – Logan Martin
Second Place – Kyle Baldock
Third Place – Brandon Loupos
Best Trick Winner – Jake Leiva – Backflip Triple Tailwhip

Monster Energy – Toyota BMX Triple Challenge Finals – Atlanta

February 26, 2017

The final stop of the Monster Energy Toyota BMX Triple Challenge made its way to Atlanta, Georgia! This stop was different because in the previous stops the contest was on dirt jumps outside. This stop was held on box jumps at an indoor arena. Based off the riding though, that didn’t keep the guys from absolutely CRUSHING the place with some heavy tricks from flips, whips, spins and more. Check out what went down!

“Mind-blowing riding from the final stop of the Toyota BMX Triple Challenge in Atlanta, Georgia featuring madness from Drew Bezanson, Logan Martin, Kyle Baldock, Brandon Loupos, James Foster, Mike Varga, Daniel Sandoval, and more.” – Vital BMX

Monster Energy – Mike Varga: Home Turf Evolution

January 16, 2017

We have seen Mike Varga drop hammers on his backyard ramps before, and it’s time to see another BANGER of a video from the ramp courtesy of Monster Energy! This one starts out on the ramp, then Mike hops in the ATV and heads to his personal trails! As always, Mike brings a DEEP bag of tricks from flips and whips to stretched no handers and more! There’s even a few very gnarly NBD’s in there. This is one video you won’t want to pass up!

If you missed the first video, here’s Mike Varga’s Home Turf video from Monster!

“After building the ramp of his dreams, Mike Varga stomped the best edit of his life in the beginning of 2016 with “Home Turf”. Knowing that evolution is the secret to the next step, Mike took zero time off and began redefining his dream. He made his ramp bigger and better. He added trails to his property. And, most importantly, Mike pushed himself to do what was previously considered impossible. Monster Energy is proud to release the latest and greatest from Mike Varga and to congratulate him on landing both the first ever 900 tailwhip and the first ever 1260…”
