Chase Pauza – Summer / Fall 2013

Here’s one were stoked to premiere for you guys. Chase Pauza and filmer, Josh Olszowka, spent the last few months putting in work and stacking clips for this brand new edit loaded with goodness. Chase is a guy I know I’ve personally seen ride in person a couple of times and every time that happens, he has progressed a ton. Take a look!

“Chase and I went at it and filmed for 3 months straight after he broke his foot at the beginning of summer, hope you like it. He killed it and it was hard to narrow down all the clips to these ones. Also the glidecam work can be a bit shakey sorry still learning how to use it….

Industry: Paul Robinson

One of the biggest and most important parts of keeping up with BMX and running this site is communication. There are a lot of people involved in BMX that are good to keep up with, especially the guys who are making things happen. Over the past two or so years, one guy who I have always stayed in contact with is Paul Robinson. Paul’s name might look familiar because he’s been a huge driving force behind a lot of the projects you have seen between Wethepeople, Eclat and Almond. I mean, who do you think has been in charge of getting the Eclat team all around the world lately? Between all of his different roles he handles on a day-to-day between all of the brands, Paul is also a really talented photographer, which he will never admit to. I figured if you wanted to get a better understanding of just what it’s like to work in the industry, I think his job would be one that’s good to look at to understand that you need to be on your stuff and versatile enough to handle anything that comes your way. Fit – Dugan and Co. in Kansas

Shawn Mcintosh, Dan Conway, Jared Swafford, Joel Barnett and Tom Dugan head back to Tom’s old stomping grounds to get some clips for the Fit DVD they are working on. They hit up two parks during their stay and made a fun edit out of it. Enjoy!

If there’s one thing that has been really good for BMX, it has been the shops that fully support BMX 100%. One of those shops would be Kings Rideshop out in California. This BMX only shop has been going strong for nearly a decade, and in that time it has grown and developed a scene that is really important to help keep this lifestyle of ours going strong.
