Linwood Bosshog Monk – Welcome to Long Beach

A little while back, Linwood “Bosshog” Monk decided to move from the East Coast on out Sunny Southern California on the West Coast. It looks like he has been busy out stacking clips since his arrival and ended up coming across plenty of spots to get down on! Hit play for plenty of grinds, tire rides and more!

“My man Linwood Bosshogg Monk just moved out west from Richmond, Virginia and has quickly become a welcomed addition to the Long Beach squad. With a wrist injury shortly after getting out here, then getting his bike stolen (while he was sleeping on it) right after his wrist healed, he had a string of bad luck, but S&M helped get him rolling again and he’s since managed to conquer two beastly tire rides in Long Beach, and from what he tells me, this is just the beginning. Neighborhood BMX – Long Beach Street Jam

Check out highlights from the street jam that went down in Long Beach thanks to Aaron Bostrom and Neighborhood BMX! Looks like it was a good day loaded with some amazing riding!

“Neighborhood BMX has been integral in holding the Long Beach scene together for years now… this street jam being a prime example as to how. Rider / contest course designer / shop owner Aaron Bostrom has been in the game long enough to know what’s good, so to keep things “chill”, he went with a strict word-of-mouth approach when it came to spreading the news. With no real goal besides cruising the city for a fun-filled day of street jibbin’, you could tell the sessions were going to be awesome from the very first meet-up spot. If you don’t already know, Long Beach is a huge BMX hub, so scores of local shredders like Eric Lichtenberger, Sean Morr, Aaron Bostrom, Vonty Poh, Josh Delcour, and Garrett Reeves were on hand. To make things even better a few Fit dudes like Dan Conway, Jared Swafford, Troy Blair, and Joel Barnett were also in the area for the Holy Fit premiers. Needless to say, the crew was dialed, the vibes were on point, and some amazing bike riding went down.” – Ride BMX

Neighborhood BMX – A Day in South Central

Spend a day cruising the streets of South Central with a few familiar faces like Ryan Fudger, Jeff Z., Fat Head, Aaron Bostrom, Ben Ward and more in this video Aaron put together for Neighborhood BMX! It’s all filmed on what I’m assuming is an iPhone so it’s a little rough around the edges in the filming department, but it looks like it was a good time to me.
