December 23, 2020

Here’s one we’re really stoked on! Mike “Rooftop” Escamilla coming in hot with a brand new video filled with dialed riding from pools, parks, ditches, street spots and more, along with guest clips from a bunch of friends (and legends!) to celebrate the release of the latest version of his signature Caveman frame from United. You already know this one delivers with a good mix of tricks and plenty of front and back brake magic! Take a look!

“It’s not everyday that you get a Rooftop edit. The prolific video part rider rides spots of all shapes, sizes, and depths, in what he specifically calls an edit (not a video part) to promo his signature Caveman V2 from United. All hail Rooftop!” – Our BMX

Foss Trails – Santa Jam

December 21, 2020

There have been a few jams still popping off despite everything going on these days. Here’s a look at what went down at the Foss Trails Jam out in California. Hit play for highlights from the jam with a mix of riding from the young guns to Pros like Cory Nastazio, Larry Edgar, Mike “Hucker” Clark, Justin Spriet, Travis Hughes and more! It looks like everyone had a real good time and these trails look like a ton of fun to ride. Hit play and take it all in!

“I’m ready for the comments about covid, but last weekend, there was a trail jam out in far-east San Diego and I couldn’t help but head out. The Foss Trails have been slowly building steam over the last couple months as a bit of an Oasis in the middle of this pandemic. The owner, Chase Cromwell, welcomes kids from the neighborhood and pretty much anyone who knows someone who knows someone…if that makes sense. But yeah, it was good to feel a sense of normalcy and be at an event at the tail end of 2020. Gives me hope for next year…

Thanks to Nic Long, Alex Cazares, and Chase Cromwell for making this happen.” – Our BMX

The Daily Grind – Jeff Purdy “Social Dissonance”

December 19, 2020

It’s been awesome seeing people finding ways to keep the stoke alive over this past year. Jeff Purdy has been crushing the solo sessions and ended up with a ton of great clips for this new The Daily Grind BMX video. Real solid riding, a great mix of spots and some clean film wor. Can’t go wrong with this one! Check it!

“Fueled by the strange powers of Grateful Dead music, a desire to find new (to me) interesting set ups, and a drive to push my own creativity, I set out on a journey with nothing but my iPhone and a $20 tripod. This video started as a healthy outlet in response to increasing social distancing guidelines and restrictions, and ended up a personal journey that I feel helped me grow quite a bit as an individual. I hope you enjoy it a fraction of how much I enjoyed making it!” — Jeff Purdy
