Sneak Peek: Primo – Stevie Churchill Tire
It looks like Stevie Churchill has more than his new signature cranks coming from Primo! We just spotted this sneak peek look at Stevie’s new signature tire that will be dropping soon. No details came with it, but it looks to be a massive 2.50″ (Yes, you read that right. Photo below!) tire with a smooth center tread and more aggressive sides with micro knurling for extra grab while turning / spinning and smooth sidewalls to help with grinds. We’ll keep you posted when we know more!
2.50″?
Update: It looks like the tire will be available in a few colors as well!

Primo – Ty Morrow Signature Tire
We love this time of year. Always so many new bikes, frames and parts to check out! It looks like Primo have released the new Ty Morrow signature tire, or should we say tyre. The Ty Morrow tire features a low profile, directional pattern that features a V tread in the center with a bunch of lines that wrap around on the side tread and knurling throughout to give you plenty of traction while out cruising the streets and really anything you come across. The tire has a 110 Max PSI rating, comes in black only and appears to be available in 2.40″ size only for around $25.99 through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Primo worldwide starting now.

Product: Primo – Solid Guard Sprocket
Photo: Epic BMX
It looks like Primo have released a full guard sprocket based around their Solid V2 sprocket that has been out for a little while now. The Solid Guard sprocket is CNC machined from aluminum and (since we couldn’t find full specs / details anywhere) we’re assuming that the actual sprocket (not including the guard) is 1/4″ thick with offset 1/8″ teeth for chain alignment. They’ve done a unique weld looking logo on the sprocket versus the laser etched version of the regular Solid V2 sprocket as well. Available in 25 and 28 tooth sizes, 15/16″ bore (24mm) with 22 and 19mm adaptors included, colors of red, black, polished, gold and oil slick with a weight of 6 oz. and a price tag of around $59.99.
Hit up your local BMX shop or mail-order that carries Primo to get one ordered up today.
Sneak Peek: Primo – 2.40″ V-Monster V2 Tire
A couple years ago, Primo revitalized the classic V-Monster tire with a slightly changed design to be more accommodating to the current style of riding which lea to the V-Monster V2. Since then, we really haven’t heard anything about the BMX Tire that has been dubbed a classic in the rubber department for years. Last night, Primo dropped a sneak peek of the V-Monster V2 in their new 2.40″ size that will be hitting BMX shops and mail-orders soon. It will be interesting to see if that’ll do the trick to get more people running the tire again! Only time will tell.
The V-Monster V2 tire is already available in 1.95″, 2.10″ and 2.25″ sizes as well. This is just a larger addition.
