It just wouldn’t be Saturday if there’s no Products: column! I’m not about to let you guys down, so let’s take a look at what’s on deck for this week. In this edition, we’ll take a look at Profile‘s new limited edition pink colorway, the 33 Forks from And Forks, The Shadow Conspiracy‘s plastic Ravager pedals, Madera‘s 17mm / 8mm Hex head bolts and Deluxe‘s F-Lite stem. Let’s get into it!

One thing I’ve always respected about Profile Racing is that they have stuck to their guns and kept everything American made regardless of the economy or if they could have it made somewhere else for a lot cheaper. Matt went and put together this diagram showing you just how they get those dialed parts done with the help of local businesses in Florida. Pretty rad.
“This week I got with a couple of the shop guys and put together a diagram of our vendors. Profile is made up of a total of 22 full and part time employees.
When you think of how much product we produce (everything is done, initially, in-house), promotions, logistics, web management, team management, sales, etc…on top of having to physically assemble every component that goes out of here, the total number of people handling things is minimal.
Beyond what we do here, we rely on a pretty large amount of outside vendors to finish our product: Anodizing (aluminum components), black-oxiding (steel parts), painting (cranks and white components), etc…
With that in mind, the vendors listed below are all in the state of Florida (with the exception of one chromer who is out of state). Considering Profile keeps everything local (and within the US), we actually contribute to the employment of multiple companies.” – Matt Coplon / Profile Racing

I’ve never considered myself a pink guy really, but damn does that look pretty! Profile Racing have done a very limited run of this colorway. They’ve got 10 sets of Right side drive Elite hubs, 80 sets of right hand drive Mini hubs, 16 sets of left hand drive Mini hubs, 20 48mm Mulville push stems and 20 25-tooth Spline drive sprockets available in this pink!

It would appear that Rob DiQuattro is now getting flow from Profile Racing! They hooked him up with everything they could for his brand new Mankind setup (His new sponsor for those of you who missed the news). Check out more photos of Rob’s new bike RIGHT HERE. Street machine!

Profile Racing‘s machine shop just finished up on their new 17mm / 8mm allen hex head bolts. These bolts come in 3/8″ straight or 3/8″ to 14mm adaptor for 14mm dropouts. The bolts are made from heat-treated 4140 chromoly and have a 17mm hex head with an 8mm allen wrench hole inside. These are available now and fit Profile and Madera hubs.

Oh hell yeah! Now this is what I’m talking about. Check out what Mike “Hollywood” Brancato has been getting into all summer in his new edit for Profile Racing. Plenty of seatpost and wild tech riding in this. Definitely hit the play button!
