The time has come! Tomorrow, “Trail Boss“, the next game in the Pumped BMX series from Adam Hunt drops on iOS and Android! We’ve been anxiously awaiting this one since the first hints that the game was coming well over a year ago. The game might resemble the previous Pumped BMX games, but this BMX game is a complete rebuild from the ground up to make it 3D and give the game a whole different look from the past games! With the release coming tomorrow, we figured we better get ahold of Adam Hunt, the games developer, to get the low down on this new BMX game that’s bound to keep you guys glued to your phones for the next few weeks and months! Check out what this game is all about below!
Pumped BMX Trail Boss is coming!!! Just when you thought you were going to get off your phone and be a productive member of society the new Pumped BMX “Trail Boss” arrives! The game is set to be released August 27th on iOS and Android through their app stores. Hit play to check out the official trailer that gives you a look at just what this game is going to have to offer!
This game took 3 years to make, but damn does it look like it was worth the wait and all of the work that Adam Hunt put into it!

As you may have heard by now, the Trail Boss game that the creator of Pumped BMX, Adam Hunt, has been working on is finally in a Beta testing mode! We’ve seen a handful of previews of the game that takes the original Pumped BMX style game and makes it into a crazier 3D style game that looks absolutely phenomenal. S&M Bikes dropped a new episode of Kareem’s World where Kareem got the chance to test out the Beta version of the game and give his opinion on it. As expected, it looks amazing, but will probably require a bit of work to figure out all the controls since it’s different from the Pumped BMX games. Trail Boss is expected to drop in AUGUST, so we have about 2 months before everyone will get their hands on it.
Not only is this game coming, but it sounds like Pumped BMX 4 is in the works and will be Adam’s next project after Trail Boss is released! Stoked for that. After you check out Kareem’s video above, get a few more previews from the game below!
UPDATE: The Pumped BMX Pro game is now available on XBox, Steam and Nintendo Switch!
Here’s some game news for you! On February 7th, Pumped BMX Pro is coming to XBox, Steam and Nintendo Switch! This doesn’t appear to be the new Trail Boss game that Adam Hunt has been working on, but it does look to be another Pumped BMX game to get down with when you can’t ride (it’s snowing… a lot… right now) outside or catch an indoor session. Above is a trailer, but beyond that we don’t have too many details. The last update on Trail Boss was in October of last year and Adam mentioned that he was hoping to have that game wrapped up early 2019, so hopefully we’ll be seeing that one sooner than later as well! Either way, mark your calendars! This Thursday Pumped BMX Pro will be dropping!
“Curve Digital is proud to announce that Pumped BMX Pro is launching on February 7th, 2019 for PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Developed by one man studio Yeah Us! Games, Pumped BMX Pro is the sequel to the hugely successful Pumped BMX +. The momentum-based BMX freestyler takes the action to the next level with a beautiful new look, a fresh new physics engine and more content than ever before!
Choose from 15 riders with pre-designed bikes, or come up with your own in the easy to use bike creator. Once you’re ready to hit the tracks, get creative with more than 40 trick options and combo your way through over 60 insane levels, maintaining your flow to ensure you reach the next obstacle wheels first instead of face first. For the best riders out there, there are over 200 challenges to beat. Have you got what it takes to go pro? High score chasers can compete on the global leaderboards, to see if they can thrash at the same level as the best riders in the world!”

Adam Hunt dropped a progress update on the new Pumped BMX Trailboss Game!
Ever since Adam Hunt let everyone know about the new Pumped BMX Trailboss that he was working on, we’ve all been wondering how the new 3D style would work. The original games are all 2D and you basically only moved from left to right, now there’s a whole bunch of other aspects added into it and it looks like things are coming along real nice! Here’s a sneak peek that was uploaded showing how the game will work with a test of the side to side, up and down and what the tricks will look like. This is looking super smooth and we can only imagine how the final version of Pumped BMX Trailboss will look! We’ll be keeping you updated with anything that comes up, so keep an eye on the site!
Adam Hunt has a new interview talking about the new Pumped BMX “Trail Boss” game he’s currently developing!
A few weeks back we caught wind that Adam Hunt is working on a new BMX game called Pumped BMX “Trail Boss” that we’ve been super curious about. The game is based off the previous three Pumped BMX games, but this time around it’s going to be in 3D versus 2D like the previous games, and completely changes the way the whole game works. The guys at Ride UK caught up with Adam to talk a little bit about the game, what’s different, what to expect and a possible release date. You can check out the full interview, along with a few more preview photos of the game over on the RIDE UK WEBSITE.
We’re definitely excited to try this one out!
If you’re a fan of the Pumped BMX games, then you’re going to be stoked on what’s coming from YeahUs (Parent company of Pumped BMX) / Adam Hunt. It looks like Adam is working on a new game called “TRAILBOSS” that has a similar feel to Pumped BMX, but with a 3D version that adds in turns and different directions that you couldn’t do in Pumped BMX. Below is a few words on the game. It sounds like it’s well into production, but still about a year out… So it’s still a ways out, but at least it’s something to get excited about!
Yo! I’m making a new game! It’s called Trailboss (at the moment) and it’s a BMX game!
I’ve been pretty secretive in the past while making Pumped BMX 1/2/3, and only announced it pretty late on in development. I thought I’d try something a bit different this time so I’m going to do lots more development posts and updates and instas and all that good stuff. So the screenshot you’re seeing now is super early, no real art, using an old Pumped 3 character (yeah Aitken!) etc. It’s all going to change loads before release.
Trailboss is a 3D BMX game where you ride through sets of trails with twists, turns and obstacles to avoid. It’s hopefully about a year away from being finished, but that’s still totally up in the air, we’re just going to have to see how it goes together! I’ve finished the physics implementation, I’m going to start building lots of levels next year and I’ve (hopefully!) found an artist who is going to start helping me build out the environments.
Update: Here’s a few more previews Adam has released since the initial announcement…
The latest Tall Order video has arrived. This time around Bas and crew make their way over to Pumped BMX‘s headquarters to meet the games developer, Adam Hunt, and find out all about the game from what made it happen, all the small details it takes, a little sneak preview of a *POSSIBLE* street game and more. Crazy to think there have been over 10,000 downloads of Pumped BMX 3 already.
