Over the past year, I think it’s pretty clear that things have been pretty hectic for the DUB crew. Between the “Homegrown” DVD being released, traveling the world working with Monster on The Street Series stops that went down in Capetown, Barcelona, Berlin, Tokyo and New York, the closing of The Loot and a bunch of new clothing designs and a collaboration frame all dropping, I think hectic is a good word for it. We figured it was a good time to get ahold of Jack now that he has a little down time to find out more about everything him and the crew have been getting into lately! Let’s see what he had to say!

Quicky: Ruben Alcantara

If there’s one person who I’m always stoked to see something new from, it’s Ruben Alcantara. Between his riding and everything else he does, like the work he has been doing designing skateparks lately, it’s always something awesome.
We were lucky enough to catch up with him the other day to find out what is new in his life and find out what he has cooking up here in the near future. It sounds like we can expect a full video part, more riding and plenty of amazing parks popping up. Let’s take a look and see what he had to say!

Quicky: Grant Castelluzzo

Over the years we’ve seen a lot of Grant Castelluzzo who has been blowing minds with his technical street riding that is pretty much un-duplicateable. With the start of 2014, it seemed like everything good that Grant had been working towards fell into place. Grant was added to the pro team roster for Mutiny and shortly after named the Team Manager for the brand as well. We figured with everything he has going on with Mutiny, his constant involvement with Profile Racing and his steady flow of videos where he’s either in front of the camera or behind the lens, it would be a good time to catch up and find out what’s new! Quicky: Brian Kachinsky

If there’s one thing that I know, it’s that if there is one guy who deserves every good thing that happens to him, it is Brian Kachinsky. After what seemed like a rough patch for Brian that we will call “2013” that involved losing sponsors, having new deals fall through, moving The Bakery to a new location and then being forced to rip it all out two months later, injuries and more. It would appear that things are finally starting to look better with the start of the new year for him. It was just announced yesterday that Brian had been added to the Vans team and this news couldn’t get any better. We figured it would be a good time to get ahold of him and catch up to find out what else is new. Let’s see what he had to say!

Alex Raban is one of those guys who I’ve been a big fan of for years from all of his DVDs and videos he has put out to the crazy costumes he’s always popping up in. Alex has always been one of the people I thought deserved the chance to be a pro rider and as of lately, that’s definitely been happening. Andre Fowkes is one of those riders from the U.K that I didn’t really know a lot about, but was always curious about when he would pop up in edits and everything.
