This weeks Terrible One Freaky Friday is a treat! They’ve got a fresh bike check with Ruben Alcantara for you to take a look at! Soooo dialed! Check it!
Fly Bikes took a slightly different route for their edit from Simple Session this year. Definitely really stoked on this one featuring Ruben Alcantara, Sergio Layos, Kevin Kalkoff and Joseph Frans. So Good. Hit play!
“During the weekend of the 1st of April the Simple session contest was held in Tallinn. A few of our rider’s headed out to ride the course. Here we have Ruben, Sergio Kevin and guest rider Joseph Frans having a good time over the weekend.
Washed Out – “New Theory””
Matty Lambert is in Madrid, Spain filming the Red Bull Metro Pipe contest. He caught up with Segio Layos to find out a little bit more about the event and check out some riding from Sergio, Kriss Kyle, Ruben Alcantara and more.
Here’s a look at the new Rampera tire from Fly Bikes that’s out now! Fresh Ruben Alcantara footage is always a good thing too.
“A mid tread tire with silkworm casing which can prevent punctures and needs less pressure.
Rampera 2.15: 620 grs / 21.86 oz.
Rampera 2.35: 740 grs / 26.1oz.
Rampera 2.35 tan (lighter casing): 590 grs / 20.8 oz.
In short, this is awesome! Etnies got Ruben Alcantara and Brian Blyther together for a session. Ruben looked up to Brian as a kid which is cool to see the generations.
“Bringing two legendary riders from two separate continents with almost five decades of riding combined for a day of backyard shredding & concrete carving, proving that style transcends all else.
etnies is pleased to present “legends” Ruben Alcantara & Brian Blyther.”
Head over to the Ride BMX site to check out some photos from who was at this years Agenda tradeshow. There’s two thing I’m wondering about… is this Agenda thing going to catch on for BMX, and when the hell is this new Ruben Alcantara signature shoe from Etnies coming out!?
… Seriously. I need those shoes…. ASAP.
Ruben Alcantara gives you a look into what a day in the life of a legend is like. This is what I call living the dream. Awesome.
