Texas Toast – Day 1 Video – More BMX Videos
Here is a look at some park and dirt from Texas Toast. I think most of it is practice footage, but some of it may have been qualifying as well. Either way, it’s great riding and a good nugget to get you excited for the finals footage that should be rolling out very soon!
Well, here’s one you don’t see all too often! Ryan Nyquist has a feature on the Mens Journal website where he talks about the different things he does to help keep himself in shape and healthy for the level of riding he’s doing at his age… Not to say Ryan is old, but he’s getting older and being healthy is definitely more important. Take a peek, it’s a pretty interesting read.
My mind is still absolutely BLOWN by how wild the Red Bull Dreamline course is. Take a look as a few of the guys give the lines a few goes in the first day of practice. All I know is I’d be peeing my pants jumping basically all of those jumps!
All the big names guys were out getting used to the set up at the US Open in Huntington Beach. Looks like it should shape up to be a wild event!

For years people have made jokes that Ryan must have a barspin button on his bike because he does so many of them. Inspired by that, he and his brother decided to make it a reality. It took a few tries to get the system done, and the button is in his brother’s hand and not on the bike, but they make it happen, and even get a double in!
