Head over to TCU to check out a bunch of rad photos that Scott Marceau and Nick Jones shot during the Brett Banasiewicz Benefit jam at Rye Airfield last weekend!
This past weekend, TCU threw a jam at Rye Airfield to raise money for Brett Banasiewicz. They ended up raising $5,000 by the end of the day and it looks like there was a ton of damn good riding that went down too. Check out the video Javaun Crane-Bonnell put together!
“Brett Banasiewicz had a bad crash so TCU threw a holiday jam to raise money for Mad dog’s recovery!
Thanks to all the riders and sponsors! I got as much of the action as I could.

“Filmed in under 6 hours at rye airfield… Editing took much longer. Props to Maicol for putting down tricks first or second try, someone needs to sponsor this man. Filming, editing, motion graphics and audio by Evan Cox. Hit em wit it.” – Evan Cox
Matty Long added a few new tricks to his bag for this new edit, but it sounds like he’s going to take a little time off to heal up from some injuries. Here’s a few words from the man himself…
“There was going to be a lot more time put into filming this, but due to a series of minor unfortunate events to my health I’ve decided to cut it short and heal up for a couple weeks. I’ve learned a ton new things I either havent seen many people do or havent at all that I wanted to showcase but Ill just save them for the next time I go out to Cali and ride real streets. Shout out to Mike G. aka MassAppeal for the beat.
Filmed by Josh Lane.
Edited by me.” – Matty Long
“We were on a trip in Boston filming for the “AOTC 2” DVD and got rained out one day. So we made the drive up to New Hampshire and managed to get a free session in at Rye. We started riding, then realized the session ended at 8:45 p.m. and it was already 7 and we hadn’t even gotten the cameras out because everyone was having so much fun cruising around. So we hunkered down, everyone pitched in and a lot of luck made for a really solid edit. Everyone threw down for the last hour or so and we left exhausted but accomplished. When we started filming, I figured the project was doomed but it somehow turned out okay. Featuring members of the AOTC and BMXFU crew, and some new freecoaster footage.” – Charlie Crumlish / ESPN
Chris Z shot over a flyer for the Brace Jam going down April 17th at Rye Airfield in New Hampshire. If you are in the area, make it out. It will be a good time.
