The past few Industry interviews I have done have been with guys who have been established in the business either as pro riders that took on jobs, or people who have been in a position for a while and know the ins and outs. I figured we could mix it up and get a look at the role of somebody fresh to the industry. Ryan Chadwick took over the role of Team Manager for The Shadow Conspiracy a few months ago and that’s about enough time to get settled in. I shot Ryan some questions about how he got into the job and what it has been like so far. Let’s take a look!

Ryan is one of those guys who can shred like a pro, party like a pro and run a brand like a pro. Let’s face it, this is BMX, that’s not really something too many people could handle. At least not to this scale. I don’t remember the first time I saw something about Ryan, but I do remember wanting a Freebird frame and a Trans AM when I was like 14 because both were badass. Since then, I’ve had the chance to get to know Ryan from his interview I did with him way back in 2007 to the times we got to party when we crossed paths at events and what not. Needless to say, he’s a real rad dude on and off the bike. I figured it would be a good time to talk to the business side of Ryan. Let’s take a look into the Subrosa ring leader’s career path…

Shadow Conspiracy – Painting with Ben Hucke

Ben Hucke decided his wall needed some art work, so instead of just getting picture framed, he went all out and painted the Shadow Conspiracy logo on his wall. Turned out pretty damn rad if I may say.
