Here’s a throwback for all the riders looking for some older footage. Snakebite have uploaded the full first issue of the “Zride” video magazine online for your viewing pleasure. This video features a bunch of familiar faces like Ruben Alcantara, Kevin Porter, Bruce Crisman, Seth Kimbrough, Rich Hirsch and more, along with plenty of riders you might not know about getting down on street spots, parks and more way back in 2002. What were you doing in 2002? Ruben Alcantara was jumping on a trampoline answering questions’s and shredding parks, trails and street spots with a ton of style. This section is 8 minutes of pure gold! Sure, maybe I had the exact same Macneil Ruben frame and his signature shoe from Etnies, and really any signature Ruben product around this time… But there is no bias here! Great riding from start to finish! Shout out to Snakebite for uploading this classic.
Dom Mach – Macneil Video (2004)
You know when you hear older BMX riders complaining about how BMX riding is these days and how good it used to be? Well, there’s a lot of reasons for there argument, but one of those reasons is because they had riders like Dom Mach out there absolutely destroying everything in their path. Snakebite uploaded this gem from the Macneil Video that came out way back in 2004 (16 years goes waaaay too fast). This is just over 2 minutes of fast paced Dom Mach footage that is SOOO good. Dom’s arsenal of tricks had air tricks, lip tricks, grinds, big gaps and more that he could unleash on anything he came across. Dom could ride anything in front of him and kept you on your toes with what was coming next! You’ll want to hit play on this BMX video!
