Stephen Murray Leg Movement
Holy shit, I just spotted this on Can You Dig It and my mind is blown. A few years back, Stephen was paralyzed from the neck down, but told everyone some day he would make his body work again… Then a few weeks back a video surfaced of him moving his arms on his own… Now today this video of him moving his legs surfaced! This is absolutely incredible. Stephen is making some progress that almost seems medically impossible, but dammit he’s proving it wrong! Hell yeah, Stephen!
“It’s been over 6 years since Stephen’s accident, sometimes with long periods of no real progress. The road to recovery was always going to be a long one.. Well this past week in rehab there were some huge progress made! A connection was made between Stephen’s quad muscles contracting to help him to extend his legs. A lot of effort and concentration required but positive sign’s and hope that this can be built on with determination and regular therapy. The video is a little slow to get going but a few minutes in you see the movements and the comments from the therapists. Stay Strong For Life!” – Stay Strong
Stephen Murray Saying Strong
It’s always so good to see Stephen Murray still out there doing things and promoting BMX… It’s even better seeing him just crush the physical therapy he has to endure on his fight back to getting movement back in his body. Here’s a little video Stay Strong dropped to give you a look at what he has been getting into lately. Hell yeah, Stephen!
“A full throttle day in the life of Stephen Murray! A trip to rehab, followed by a guest radio appearance on “The Nasty Show” before heading to SF Dew Tour to support the Stay Strong Crew! Murray still loves BMX as much as he ever did… STAY STRONG

Stay Strong – Larry Edgar Edit
Larry Edgar for Stay Strong from Stay Strong BMX on Vimeo.
Dylan Pfohl put together another very stylized edit, this time of Larry Edgar for Stay Strong. Larry has some crazy flow and style, but can also throw in some tech tricks as well, which is cool to see.
Stay Strong – Anthony Watkinson Edit
Anthony Watkinson is one dude I can always count on to come through with some awesome riding. This new video of him putting in work on the streets of Liverpool for Stay Strong is definitely one to give a watch!
“Here it is, Anthony’s new Stay Strong Part! Originally we started filming to make a winter video but the weather has been too bad to finish it fully until now so there is a mix of clips filmed in Liverpool from the times we were able to get out to film, hope you like it!

Stephen Murray Moves His Arms
Holy… Shit. This is amazing. As many of you know, a few years back, Stephen Murray took a serious crash that left him paralyzed from the neck down. Since then, Stephen has been pushing himself to get motion back in his body and it looks like whatever they’re doing is starting to work! Above is a video of him moving his arms on his own. Absolutely incredible.
Keep it up, Stephen!
“Just this week Stephen made a big break through with some new movement in his arms. One day he WILL get out of that chair. Stephen is the definition of staying strong and never giving up!” – Stay Strong
