Sneak Peek: Subrosa – Sawtooth Tire

Subrosa dropped a sneak peek look at their new Sawtooth Tire!

Here’s a little something we spotted while scrolling through the Instagram today. Subrosa posted this photo of Jabe Jones dialed in a new bike after his old bike felt the wrath of the FloriDeah Swampfest. In the photo, we get a sneak peek look at the a prototype Sawtooth tire that Subrosa are working on that uses a zig zag pattern that resembles, well, a saw blade. This type of pattern has been done on motorcycle tires and even tractor tires, so it has to work, right? No details as of right now beyond this photo, but we would imagine if they’re willing to show a photo of it, that it will likely be released in the near future. We’ll keep you posted when we find out more!

Sparky’s Distribution – Rye Airfield Dealers & Friends Jam 2017

Sparky’s Distribution held their annual Dealers & Friends Jam at Rye Airfield. Here’s a look at what went down!

Whenever Sparky’s Distribution (along with The Shadow Conspiracy and Subrosa Brand) throw a jam, you know that it’s going to be a good time. Their annual jam for Dealers and Friends at Rye Airfield is one of those times! Check out highlights from this years jam which had a big turn out and plenty of amazing riding going down!

Subrosa Brand – City Rippin’ on the UTB Bikes

Get a look at the Subrosa UTB bikes letting loose on the streets of Orlando.

A little while back we got a look at the new Subrosa UTB Bikes that are meant for the riders out there that need something they can commute, bar hop or cruise around on when they aren’t on their BMX bikes. These 26″ and 700C bikes not only look rad and get the job done, but they’ve given the bikes a little more support to handle some extra abuse like hopping curbs and stair sets, since, well, BMX riders don’t have an off switch when it comes to two wheels. Above is a look at a quick video Subrosa released featuring Jesse Ortega and Cody Hockey taking the bikes out for a rip around Orlando, while putting the bikes through the paces. Trey Jones On Subrosa!

We had a feeling Trey Jones was headed to Subrosa!

When it was announced that Trey Jones was off Cult last month, we immediately started trying to figure out where Trey Jones was headed. It didn’t take long to figure out that the only logical sponsor would be Subrosa considering how he has been on The Shadow Conspiracy for years, lives right down the street from Sparky’s Distribution and his brother, Jabe recently joined the Subrosa AM team. All the signs pointed toward Trey joining Subrosa, even though it was a real surprise to see him leave Cult in the first place! Either way, Subrosa let the cat out of the bag this morning and we’re stoked on the news (and glad we were right with the prediction since we didn’t know until this morning)! Check out this short clip that is super gnarly to bring the news and then expect a full welcome video soon!
