December 6, 2022

Mark Webb’s signature TWS frame from Total BMX is coming in Titanium!

Total BMX Mark Webb TWS Titanium BMX frame

Over the years we’ve seen a handful of titanium BMX frames pop up, and they’ve all been real expensive. If you’re on the hunt for a titanium BMX frame, but don’t want to get a custom one made, the crew at Total BMX are taking pre-orders for a titanium Mark Webb signature TWS frame. The frame is going to set you back $1,245.00 and comes in sizes 20.3″, 20.6″, 20.8″ and 21″ sizes. They don’t have the specs listed on the site, but it says it has the same specs as Mark’s chromoly TWS 2 frame which has a 75.5-degree head tube angle, 8.75″ standover height, 11.5″ bottom bracket height and 13.2″ – 13.4″ chainstay length.
Check out more details on the titanium frame below, then check out a few more photos right here.

“After many months of testing Mark Webb has given the all clear to release the Titanium version of his popular TWS frame.

Pre order the frame for shipping in 45-60 days time.

The frame weighs 2.89LBS for the 20.6″ top tube version and shares the same geometry as the TWS frame.

Highest quality Titanium Gr9(Ti3AI2.5V) & Gr5(Ti6Al4V) used and excellent build quality.

Pre order now as these are on a VERY limited availability” – Total BMX

A post shared by Nick Bruce (@nick_bruce)

Here’s a bit of surprising news for you. Nick Bruce has announced on Instagram that after 6 years with Total BMX, he has decided to pursue a new opportunity with another brand. Nick doesn’t specify what brand it is, but hints that it’s something closer closer to home. Obviously any U.S brand would be closer to home that Total BMX based in the U.K. However, with Nick being from Ohio, we could see DK Bicycles as a possibility. It’s hard to say though, with Nick making it into the Olympics for Team USA we’re sure he has been getting some interesting offers from all over! We’ll be keeping an eye out to see just who he’s riding for and keep you posted!

Total BMX Killabee Folding Tire BMX

Are you looking for some new BMX tires? Here’s a look at the new Kyle Baldock signature Killabee Folding Tire. This tire is designed for the ramp riders out there that like a narrower tire that is light weight. This tire has a 120 TPI construction with a low rolling resistance center tread with a micro-knurling on the sidewalls for extra grip while turning, a lightweight folding kevlar bead. The tire has a 110 PSI max pressure rating, a weight of 15.52 oz. (440 grams) and a width of 2.10″ only. There aren’t too many tires coming in that smaller 2.10″ size, but we would imagine a few people will be stoked on that. These are available now through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Total BMX now or direct from their webstore as well.
