Vans X Federal Bikes “Speed Dial”

Vans and Federal Bikes have teamed up to not only release this amazing new video featuring Dan Lacey, Bruno Hoffmann and Anthony Perrin slaying spots in Tenerife, but they also have a new Vans X Federal Old Skool Colorway that’s out now! “To celebrate the Vans x Federal collection, riders Anthony Perrin, Bruno Hoffmann and Dan Lacey escaped winter with a week in the Island of Tenerife. The excursion capped a very unexpected 2020 and the much needed escape and reconnection of the team after such a long period apart inspired some heavy, creative riding. Not even the announcement that UK was about to return to lockdown, forcing the trip to be cut short could put a damper on the brief moment of collective good vibes. The shared time together reminded everyone that our family and friends are only a “Speed Dial” away.

Vans – Cauan Madona “ELO”

Vans dropped this new banger featuring their connect down in Brazil, Cauan Madona, throwing down on cement parks and trails! Cauan throws down a bunch of heavy moves with a ton of style. Everything from the riding to the film work is on point, so hit play and take this one in! It’s a must see for sure!

“The links of a bicycle chain can be interpreted as a metaphor for the friendships and bonds that exist throughout the BMX community. Without those links, nothing moves. Friends are the inertia that drives things to happen in bike culture.

Vans Brazil’s BMX Family member, Cauan Madona, is forever linked to Felipe Corrêa, his longtime friend who is responsible for his first video part and this most recent project.
Over a year, sessions and tricks were recorded in São Paulo, São Bernardo do Campo, Amparo, Serra Negra, Jundiaí, and Rio de Janeiro.

However, they were paused because of the global pandemic and a knee injury.

Friends and family support, along with the birth of Cauan’s daughter, Lizzie, were the impulse to link back up with Felipe and continue to ride on and take BMX culture further.

Without links, the bike won’t move.
Without friends, BMX would be a lonely scene.

Vans – Perris Benegas Welcome To The Family

After being apart of the Vans flow team for a while now, it looks like she has finally been given the official bump up to the global Pro team! Here’s a short but sweet video to bring the news! We would imagine we’ll be seeing plenty more of Perris in 2021! Get stoked.

Perris is an inspiring force in the BMX community. Her style that has garnered recognition on a global stage. Named as Bloom BMX’s 2020 Freestyle Rider of the Year, as well as earning top honors at Vans 2019 BMX Pro Cup stops in Germany and Huntington Beach, California, Perris most recently received a signature pro frame from Cult, alongside Vans and Cult teammate Angie Marino, marking a milestone for female BMX riders everywhere.

It’s always a good day when a new Dakota Roche video drops! Here’s his new “Seeking Liberty” video from Vans filled with a ton of amazing riding from some time he spent cruising Philadelphia after not visiting the city for 8 years! Here’s some news we’ve been getting some hints at for a little while now that we’re stoked to see is finally out! Vans have released their popular Slip-On shoe with a huge upgrade to use the BMX specific wafflecup sole! They’ve given Dakota Roche the very first signature shoe for this model and it turned out awesome. The Vans Slip-On BMX takes the look of the classic slip on, and pairs it up with the sole that was designed specifically for BMX with proper grip and durability, along with rubber toe caps for added strength and the PopCush sockliners to give you plenty of comfort. Dak’s shoe is available now in this clean Black and White color combo with an embossed logo on the top and graphics on the insole inspired by Dakota. These shoes are simple, and will be able to hold up to any session!

The shoe is available in size 3.5 all the way up to size 13 for $75.00 through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Vans, and direct from the Vans Website now!
