We Have Motive caught up with Failure Bikes and Rad Like Dad‘s Matt Bischoff to check out some classic footage of him, Matt’s bike collection, some Mat Hoffman footage and more. All around awesome since Matt is a rad dude! Stoked on this.
Wow… This is absolutely incredible. Keith Treanor is one of those legends of BMX that is definitely inspirational. A lot of people don’t really know his story about how he went from an unknown to a big name pro to almost losing everything to addiction. These days, he’s a big part of Hoffman and Sidewall Distribution along with running the website, We Have Motive. This video that Collateral dropped is pretty deep and Keith talks all about how he got to where he is today. Definitely check out this video because it’s so, so good. Hell yeah!
“This is a story for anyone who has struggled or is struggling with addiction, who may feel that there’s no other way out. Keith and I both hope this serves as motivational tool to help people realize that climbing out is possible.
I’m very fortunate in being able to call Keith Treanor one of my good friends. I met him a few years ago when he transplanted from New Jersey to my hometown of Oklahoma City. I didn’t know much about him at the time, but quickly learned. Aside from being an all around awesome guy, his passion for BMX is inspiring. I’m privileged to be able to call him my friend.”
This is what BMX is all about. Loading up and traveling to ride your bike in different places and check out the sights along the way. This video that We Have Motive dropped featuring Riley Sanders and Will Thompson is so good. Hit play!
“Rily Sanders & Will Thompson decided to cruise around America to ride some spots they’ve seen in magazines & videos and to check out all the beautiful sites the country has to offer.
This video shows how much fun the guys had and how easy it really is to get out and explore this wonderful world.
Enjoy the vid and get out & start living!”
Hit this LINK to check out a few rad photos that Keith Treanor shot during the day that Mat Hoffman and Van Homan spent riding in Oklahoma City recently. Definitely worth a look!
Trent McDaniel has been on it lately. This new 7 & 7 from We Have Motive gives you a little more background on him along with some real good clips. Check this out for sure!
“We are stoked to have this Seven & Seven debut on the launch day of the brand new BMX site CollateralBMX
Anthony Loconte did a great job giving this Seven & Seven a bit of twist from some of the previous ones and Trent McDaniel proves why he’s one of Chicago’s finest riders!

Spotted this on the We Have Motive website and was stoked on it. Paul Covey collected a ton of Mat Hoffman clips from 1993 to 2004 and compiled it all into this dialed video. If you’re into the classics, this is for you for sure! Hell. It’s Mat Hoffman, just hit play. You won’t be disappointed!
Mykel Larrin is seriously the best dude. Stoked We Have Motive dropped his On the Rocks today. Enjoy!
“We only had a few hours to film Mykel Larrin for his recent Seven & Seven interview but regardless of the time constraints he still gave us a great interview & some amazing riding which is showcased here in his “On The Rocks”! He busts some unique lines at OKC’s Hoffman Park!
Mykel is a tremendously talented person both on & off his bike, we can’t wait to see more from him!

I’ve been waiting for this one to drop since Matt’s Seven and Seven. Here’s the riding clips from that interview courtesy of We Have Motive. Hell yeah, Matt!
“Matt Coplon isn’t letting father time slow him down at all. He proves it with some sweet riding clips in his Seven & Seven interview, so you knew his OTR was gonna be good!
We decided to re-edit some of our Seven & Seven Interviews showing only the riding clips. These guys really do some awesome tricks in these video interviews, so we wanted to put some emphasis on their hard work!
The Seven & Seven format is seven Q / A’s with seven clips. Basing the title and format off of the popular drink a “Seven and Seven,” which the ingredients are 7-Up and Seagrams 7. When you remove one of the sevens as we did with the interview questions you are left with one raw ingredient to get the job done which you pour on the rocks. So we decided to call the edits showcasing the raw tricks, ” On the rocks”!
