With The Union Winter Session coming up in a little over a week, we have been receiving a bunch of packages from the sponsors for the jam with product to give away! We have received a bunch of goodies and figured it would be a good idea to give you guys a look at some of the prizes and and just a better look at a few dialed products! So, to start things off, we will take a closer look at Dan Foley’s signature Cadence frame from Wethepeople! We got a closer look at Dan’s personal setup that he’s running these days in his BIKE CHECK we dropped last week, so it’s a good time to check out the frame as well! So, let’s do this!
Have you given the 2015 Crysis complete from Wethepeople a look yet? Hit that play button!
“If you haven’t quite decided if the freecoaster revolution is for you and you still love the old cassette rollback then the Crysis might be the unflawed complete bike for you. Can you switch it between freecoaster and cassette? Of course you can! Does it come in a choice of Top Tub sizes? Of course it does! This model is pure value all over; includes plastic pegs from Salt and a new Saltplus center V2 top loading stem. Perfect for concrete.
Track – ‘Carry On’ – Odeeno”
If you guys caught the bike check with Dan Foley that we dropped on Monday, you might have known this one was coming! Wethepeople dropped this new Four Clip Friday to help start your weekend off just right! Take a look!
Well, here’s some news we didn’t quite expect… After 6 years with Wethepeople, Jason and the brand are parting ways! Jason wanted to go out with a bang, so he put together one last video to wish them the best and say thanks for all the support. Needless to say, it ended up being one of his best videos to date! Hopefully Jason will find a new home and keep on gracing us with gold like this! HIT PLAY!
“Jason Phelan joined WETHEPEOPLE in 2009 and since that time it’s been nothing but fun, Jason was always driven by the fun times, by travelling and by going kinda mental on a bike. We are sad to say that time with wethepeople has come to an end and we are just happy that he gave so much to the brand, but we know (and Jason knows) that the fun times for him will always continue. We want to wish Jason the best of the Irish luck in whatever he does next and wherever it leads him.” – WTP
“Growing up riding a BMX I always looked up to Wethepeople and then finally getting to ride for such an amazing company was a dream. Now after so many years having a great time travelling all over the globe, making new friends, making memories that will last for ever I’m going to say my goodbyes. I truly appreciate everything Wethepeople have done for me. Harry, Klaus, Rob, Paul, mark, Chris at CSG UK everybody who helped me out (and even bailed me out when I missed flights from other countries or ended up stuck for some reason). Thanks a lot guys you have really fulfilled a big Irish kids dream and its time for me to move on to the next chapter.
I will never forget WETHEPEOPLE.
Cheers, you guys are the best” – Jason Phelan

Here’s a little gem we caught floating around on Facebook. It looks like Pete Sawyer has his own signature 4-piece Sterling bars in the works that work off a tweaked geometry of his 2-piece bars currently available from Wethepeople. These bars will be dropping later this year and feature a rise of 9.5″, 29″ width, 4-degrees of upsweep and 11-degrees of backsweep! Expect more details closer to the release!
We have always been a big fan of Dan Foley and his pretty minimalistic style that applies to his riding and his setups! This past week, we were treated to his signature Cadence frame promo from Wethepeople and we were loving the look of his setup! We figured now was no better time than ever to get a closer look at Dan’s current setup he’s running, talk about the Cadence frame and find out what else is new with him! Let’s get into this!
