Will Jackson For Wethepeople

December 12, 2025

Will Jackson has a new one for Wethepeople to wrap up 2025!

Oh hell yeah. When you see Will Jackson‘s name pop up, you know you’re in for a treat. It has been a while since we’ve seen some fresh Will footage, but you better believe he’s been crushing it as always, cooking up creative lip tricks and combos on street spots and ramps. Mid School vibes in this one for sure.

“Wethepeople OG Will Jackson tearing up spots both local and not. Ain’t slowing down anytime soon. Years deep, still pushing.” – Wethepeople

Will Jackson In The Barn 2024

May 25, 2024

Will Jackson caught a session in the BMX Barn!

The crew at the BMX Barn always deliver with awesome videos. The latest round features a session the Will Jackson recently got in. After a hiatus, Will reappeared back in December with his “Muscle Memory” video. Now we get 4 minutes of Will absolutely crushing it on the ramp. This is such an awesome watch. Get on that play button.

“brakeless, tech ramp riding, 9 feet off the ground at 42 is no easy feat, but Will tackles it with the skill and ease of someone half his age. Over the years, Will has been a huge inspiration to many of us in the UK scene. I remember flipping through Ride magazine and being blown away by a sequence of him doing an over smith grind down a handrail – it seemed impossible at the time. Spending a day with Will was incredibly inspiring, not just for the tricks he can do, but for what lies beneath them tricks. It’s clear that Will still makes time to go ride his bike on a regular basis, and that takes physical and mental strength.

I hope you enjoy this one. For the older riders out there, I hope Will’s skill inspires you to keep shredding.” – Ant Pearson

Wethepeople – Will Jackson “Muscle Memory”

December 21, 2023

Will Jackson is BACK with a new one for Wethepeople!

When we saw the title of this video, we thought “Ha, he has the same name as Will Jackson from back in the day!”. Well, turns out that’s because it’s the same Will Jackson and he’s still crushing it as always, just with more life responsibilities. Here’s a new one from Wethepeople packed with Will’s riding that’s as dialed as ever! After you check out his new edit, go check out his interview over on the DIG website catching you up on his life, riding and more!

“Almost twenty years ago, Will Jackson scored the cover of DIG issue 39, as well as a full-length interview in the magazine. Hailing from the North of England and riding for Wethepeople, Will Jackson was not a superstar rider you’d see on televised events or in ads for energy drink — he was just a dyed in the wool BMX rider that lived and breathed riding, and did everything he could to quietly mine his own path through the murky depths of professional BMX riding.

Through local videos, Backyard Jams, and eventually bigger video projects like Wethepeople’s “Etc.” video, Will Jackson started to get noticed. He possessed an impeccable barspin to icepick, navigated technical grind combinations on rails with ease, and threw in the odd tabletop when you least expected it. As a pro, Will managed his expectations, never got a big head, and continued to search for the perfect bank to rail setup throughout the North of England. That was a long time ago.

Somewhere along the way, Will Jackson the pro BMXer with no responsibilities became Will Jackson the family man with a teaching job. But, he never stopped riding. In fact, Will’s riding circa 2023 feels like a natural extension of the same Will Jackson that appeared on the cover of Dig almost twenty years ago. He hasn’t toned it down or switched up his style to “go easier on the knees.” He’s still out in the streets, hopping, grinding, and quietly mining his own path through BMX.

Recently, we hit Will up to get his take on getting old, riding for Wethpeople, still getting out in the streets, and his thoughts on how commonplace helmets have become. (Will was an early adopter.) He’s also been documenting his riding in both photo and video. And what’s really amazing is that Will is still riding some of the same spots he was riding in his interview in Dig in 2004. Clearly, there’s a reason this video is called “Muscle Memory.”

Enjoy this early Xmas gift, courtesy of Will Jackson.” – Brian Tunney

Wethepeople – “Dogs in the Fog”

February 2, 2013

This is awesome. Wethepeople came across an old video from 2005 that somebody uploaded a while back and they just saw now. It’s always cool to see these old videos show up since BMX was definitely a lot different even though it was 8 years ago. I love this stuff.

“So the question is…was BMX simpler back in 2005? You decide. This is a video we re-stumbled upon and thought it needed a well deserved re-watch. Featuring Will Jackson, Ashley Charles, Timo, Billy, other dudes, Rob Harrison and a very young Max Gaertig. Thanks to whoever posted it. Filmed & edited by Thomas Fritscher.”
