Check out Brian Tunney’s latest edit!

It’s July 1st and that means that it’s time to check out Brian Tunney‘s latest edit giving us a look at what he got into during his flatland sessions over the course of June! As always, Brian delivers with a bunch of great riding, and full details on just what he filmed down below! Check it!

June started out moderately temperate and then went bonkers by the end of the month. I have attempted to “progress” but riding in 95 degree temperatures (in the shade) is not always easy. So without becoming sideline weather man again, here’s a rundown of everything from June.

00:01 Four seat grab jugglers in the garage. I thought three was the max in this space but I somehow made it happen.
00:18 Four barspin weed wacker to undertaker. I had never done four barspins before this. Someone held on and made it work though.
00:30 One hitchhiker juggler to backwards whip to backwards hitch (I may have done this already but never in the garage before.)
00:50 Cancan undertaker to gliding greater. Not much to report here.
01:03 Juggler to frame grab invisible hand to around the world.
01:26 Barpsin undertaker to backside barspin at the end. Watch closely, I figured out another silly way to add one more spin at the end. It took a while for this to happen, and when it finally did, I swear, my brain was hovering over my body watching it happen. I think some people call that flow state but I’d prefer to remain with my body while doing 30 year old BMX tricks.
01:36 Double seat grab juggler to invisible hand to hitchhiker. I am pretty proud of this one.
01:53 This day was 98 degrees in the shade and I decided to ride anyway. This is nothing fancy, just a fire hydrant to undertaker. But when it’s that hot, it’s hard to even retain grip of the bars without the moisture from your sweat interfering.
02:04 Seat grab juggler to one-hand whip juggler to seat grab juggler.
02:17 I kept trying my last trick for three days and it wasn’t happening on the first two of those three days. This was from day two and I thought it looked okay so didn’t want to scrap it.
02:29 And finally, on day three, it happened. This is a double barspin to undertaker to late barspin at the end. This is not a consistent trick by any means, so do not expect to get caught down a wormhole on this trick next month.

All in all, not a decent month of riding. I keep learning new ways to utilize a pretty small space and for that I am not gonna complain. ” – Brian Tunney
