How BMX Frame Stays Are Bent
Two in a row from Chris Moeller this morning! Here we have a look at the seat stay tubing being bent for the Brian Foster frame from Fit Bike Co. at the S&M Bikes warehouse out in California. Another one of those not so crazy videos, but still interesting to see. You would think it would be a fancier machine, but it looks to be pretty much man power, a little machine power and leverage to make it happen. It’s also interesting since this is just one small part of the frame building process. We’re loving these behind the scenes production clips!
How BMX Handlebar Tubing Is Cut
Chris Moeller continuing his production footage from inside the S&M Bikes warehouse in California. Although this might not seem like the most exciting process, it’s definitely interesting to see the machine they use to repetitively cut the tubing for the handlebars they make. This machine is cutting tubing for the Charlie Crumlish bars specifically. After this, it’s sent to the tube bender to get the right shape, welded up then passed along to the paint crew. Another fun fact? The last 20″ of the stock they use is too short, so they have to let that go. Any guesses where that tubing goes? Most likely recycled, but you never know, right? Jordan Godwin Bike Check

The crew over at Eclat dropped a new Bike Check with Jordan Godwin and his current Wethepeople setup decked out with Eclat parts from top to bottom. They pay special attention to the new gum parts he’s running that look real good on the bike. Although there’s a little wear and tear, it looks like a dialed BMX bike to us! You can check out a bunch of photos and a full parts list here – Jordan Godwin Bike Check
Kriss Kyle – Zone 74 Webisode
Kriss Kyle coming through with a fresh webisode for you guys to check out from a trip he took with a few friends to Zone 74 Skatepark! Despite only having 2 bars of battery, they some how ended up with 12 minutes of random and riding footage from the session. After that, the crew made their way to the driving range to get their Happy Gilmore on, then they go and grab some food. All in all, it looks like it was a real good time. Take a peek!
