Over the past few weeks, Woodward Camp has been releasing episodes from their Woodward BMX series with Jamie Bestwick, Ryan Nyquist and the campers. Here’s a new Lux BMX raw cut from the Westside Boogie jam that Jon Mackellar threw down down in Australia last weekend. This was a full weekend of riding and good times from trails to a DIY ditch spot. Check out what went down!

“Jon Mackellar has had BMX in his blood since before he could walk and after throwing 30-plus jams in his time he wanted to do something a little more lengthy.

On the weekend of the 18th of March 2023, Jon and a small team of dedicated riders put together a weekend of BMX fun, starting at Summers road dirt jumps on Saturday afternoon and finishing at the Egypt DIY, that Jon has been working on over the last year and a bit.

It’s events like this that remind me why I fell in love with BMX in the first place.
