May 22, 2018

The 2018 Cornhuckit Jam is going down June 30th!

The Nowear crew are throwing their 6th annual Cornhuckit Jam at the Nowear Compound in Unadilla, Nebraska on June 30th! As always, it will be 12 hours of good times and riding with ramps and trails, live music and much, much more. It sounds like Matt Beringer and Adam Banton will be at this one as well! You can check out all the details over on the FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE to learn more!

“We are down to the last few weeks before our biggest jam ever. The 6th annual Cornhuckit Jam focused on our mission to finish the worlds first free indoor bmx training area open to all year round.
Looking like a great turnout. We are flying in Adam Banton and Matt Berringer for the event. All proceeds raised that day go directly towards our nonprofit organization.
We have 6 bands playing live including headliner “Chokesetter” with members from the formerly known band “deadlite Redemption”
Also our new building project now has concrete so the Reklamation crew is putting on a pro flatland demo.” – Karl Hinkley

This is a real good time, so make sure you get this on your calendar!

Check out this new new mix from the Wolsztyn skatepark…

The winter was a rough one, so riders that are starting to feel the warmth again have been taking advantage and getting out to ride. Here’s a video Hash BMX sent through from some riding time Tow D, Hubert Rzepka and Wojtek Grzybek got in at the Wolstyn Skatepark to dust the winter cobwebs off.

“This year, we decided to go to warm up our bones for good after a long winter break. We choose to go to some nearby skateplaza located in Wolsztyn which is around 70 km away from Poznań. We took good care of VX with us with serious plan. It was film first clips of the year. Check out what we got!” – TowD

Bert Ribul and the WhipCade

May 22, 2018

Bert Ribul coming through with a ridiculous flatland combo…

Anyone who has tried to ride flatland knows that it is HARD. The amount of balance, control and precision that is involved is on another level. Over the years we’ve seen a ton of ridiculous tricks that make no sense, and it looks like there’s another one that Bert Ribul cooked up that combines a hop whip and a decade. We know hop whips are hard, and we’re not sure how the hell he was able to land the way he did and then go straight into a decade, but he did it. Hit play and check out a few angles.

“Whipcade. This trick has been in my head for around 5 years now. I’ve started trying it seriously last year though. It was a long road filled with blood, sweat and tears. I’m so happy to have pulled it all together. Worth the time spent trying.

Thanks to Dmitri Shushuyev for filming all those tries in the parking lot and having the patience to see it all through.” – Bert Ribul
