Elias Reite – MMXVII

We started the day off with a message from Elias Reite that contained a link to his latest video giving us a look at what he has been getting into the past few months over in Norway! Here’s a mix of clips he has been collecting at his local skatepark where he has been cooking up some unique combos fueled with spins, barspins, cassette use, manuals and more. This has a super chill, laid back vibe, but plenty of rad clips worth seeing. Check it out below.

We’re always stoked on a video with some real crispy filming and editing… Here’s a rad one that Rupert Walker put together that features riding from Scott Grant and words from his grandpa, photographer Ted Grant. This video mixes the world of photography with film and BMX riding really well, bringing together all the different aspects into one. Hit play because this one will be pleasant on your eyes.

Ted Grant is regarded as one of Canada’s greatest photographers. In 1999 he was presented with the lifetime achievement award by the Canadian Association of Photographers and Illustrators in Communication. Colony BMX – Alex Hiam In Barcleona

Colony just sent through this brand new video featuring Alex Hiam out cruising street spots and skateparks during his recent stay in Barcelona, Spain! Alex hits up a few familiar spots, along with a few unique spots, putting his deep bag of tricks to good use on everything he came across. Much like the last two VX Edits, we get a mix of both teams riders putting in work, stacking clips on spots they came across. This is all the footage that they decided not to use in the actual Odyssey VS Sunday HD video, so we can only imagine this is their “b-roll” that wasn’t quite enough to use for the HD clips.
