Sneak Peek: Relic – Void Bars

Here’s a little news we spotted over on Can You Dig It for your guys. It looks like the Relic crew have decided to add a set of BMX Bars to their line up, and they aren’t 4-piece bars! Seriously, we’ve seen a lot of 4-piece bars lately. The new “Void” bars from Relic will be made right here in the U.S.A by S&M Bikes out of 4130 chromoly with an 8.8″ rise, 29″ width, 12-degrees of backsweep and 2-degrees of upsweep. Not too many details other than that, but they will be available in about 4 weeks. Get stoked!

Scotty Cranmer – Epic Game of Add On 5

It’s that time again for another round of Game of Add On from Scotty Cranmer. This time around they push things even further by bringing in even more people like Sean Ricany and David Peraza to really shake things up. Who takes the win? Well, you’ll want to hit play and take it in because things definitely get interesting!

We had a bunch of new faces and we had such an awesome time laughing and riding together! This is the longest game that we have had so far at 13 tricks! Colony BMX – How To Fit BMX Grips

Colony BMX coming through with their latest How To maintenance series video. This time around, they give you a short but sweet how to on fitting BMX Grips. The example they use in the video features hair spray, but there’s literally a hundred other ways to get the grips on from zip ties to rubbing alcohol, spit, spray paint, carb cleaner, tri-flow and more. You can even use an air compressor! This is a pretty “simple” process, but the way you choose to do it decides if you can ride immediately, or you have to wait a little while for the substance used to evaporate so the grips no longer have throttle grip where the grips spin and slide around. Regardless, if you ride BMX enough, you will find that changing grips is one of the most common repairs you will be doing on your bike, so you might as well learn now!
