It’s pretty wild coming back to riding after an injury and seeing if you can still ride like you used to. James “Bear” Hayes spent the past four months off his bike after wrist surgery, and has just started getting back into the swing of things. The WYS BMX crew dropped this new video showing us how well James got back to his old ways real quick. This has a bunch of lip tricks that make for a super good watch. Check it out!
FBM – Powers Bike Shop Jam
The FBM crew loaded up the bus and made their way to the grand opening for Powers Bike Shop out east! As always, Steve Crandall pulled out the camera to document all the riding and good times that was going down. Scotty Cranmer – The BMX Height Competition
Scotty Cranmer, Matty Cranmer, Big Boy, Cory Berglar and the rest of the crew pulled out the height bar once again to see who could launch up and over the highest. Who takes the win? Well, you’re going to need to hit play and take a look. You definitely will be surprised by who takes the win if you have been following Scotty’s videos.
“We broke out the Height meter for the 2nd time and this go around we put it on top of the 4ft bank in the street section of the Incline Club skatepark to see who could hop the highest out of it! The whole squad showed up Matty Cranmer, Big Boy, Brooklyn, new comer Josh Peschock, Myself, and Cory Berglar! well, kind of.. Cory Berglar pulled out of the contest and since we were a man down I felt it was the best time to debut Lil’ Cory which is my back up Cory Berglar! The plan worked perfect until the REAL Cory showed up! But there were no problems between the 2 little guys and the two became immediate best friends! Must be a lil’ guy thing! But anyway, the competition went on and everyone brought there A game and immediately the whole crew turned up the boost! But, there is a huge surprise ending in this one so go watch and prepare to have your mind blown!”

Grindworks – Pittsburgh Street Jam Flyer
What are you doing next weekend, April 23rd? Well, if you’re near Pittsburgh, we would suggest you hit up the Grindworks BMX Street Jam that’s going to be kicking off at noon at MLK. This should be a real good time, so make sure you hit this up if you can!
Grindworks – Binghamton Jam 2016
Here’s a BMX video we had sent through from the jam that the Grindworks BMX crew threw up in Binghamton, New York the other weekend. Although it looks like the weather wasn’t playing in their favor, the crew ended up making the best of it and had real good day. This video is pretty long, but it covers everything from the first session in the morning that was wet, cold and snowy at the first skatepark, then they cruised a little street, finishing up at Derek Nelson‘s HCS Skatepark.

Today, we get some insight into how Jason Colledge got himself into photography, his current setup, how things have progressed to where he is today, where he wants to take things and a look at some of the amazing photos he’s been shooting. Jason is one of those guys who’s dialed on both sides of the lens since he absolutely shreds on a bike, too. That’s always rad to see how a rider can combine two talents.
