Rest In Peace, Brian Histand

Here’s some unfortunate news we just spotted on Facebook. After missing for 2 years, Brian Histand‘s remains were discovered. As many of you remember, Brian went missing mysteriously with nobody knowing of his where abouts. There were search parties and more setup to help look for him. This is definitely a bummer, but we would imagine it will be able to give some of his family and close friends some closure. Brian was a hell of a BMX rider and an amazing person off his bike. Rest in Peace, Brian. You will never be forgotten.

“After more than two and a half years I got the call. The remains of my son Brian have been located on South Mountain in Phoenix. Many thanks to all that cared, helped and searched for Brian. I’ll post when more information is available.”

DUB BMX – Boneyard Edit

Some of the DUB crew rolled through the Boneyard Skatepark for a couple sessions to help pass the cold, wet winter. Check out some clips they stacked during their time indoors in this new BMX video.

Downward Spiral

Although Canada is currently covered in snow and ice, it’s safe to say they have been on absolute fire lately when it comes to keep a steady flow of BMX videos pumping out! Colton Walker On Total BMX

A few months back, Colton Walker announced that he had decided to part ways with Haro Bikes. Although at the time, he didn’t really have a plan of what was next, it was a no brainer that it wouldn’t be long before another sponsor would come along. After a full year of crushing it at contests in 2015, there was some speculation as to just who he might end up riding for… Most were guessing Total BMX since Colton fits real well with their current line up of heavy hitter ramp riders.

Today, Colton announced that he is in fact now riding for Total BMX officially. Expect plenty of good things to come from this. Colton is one of the most dialed riders we’ve ever seen ride and there’s no doubt that he’ll have another crazy year. Get stoked.

Shad and John talk a lot of history from the start leading all the way up to present day with all the ups and downs along the way. There’s no denying that Haro has definitely been back on its game lately and it’s safe to say that John had a big part of bringing the brand back to a core level that it lost over the years. “This is Kink BMX – Intervention. A culmination of riding from the entire Kink BMX team filmed over the last part of 2015. Filmed by Darryl Tocco, Dan Coller, and Calvin Kosovich in the Southwest USA, California, East Coast USA, Costa Rica, Barcelona, and Latvia.
