We’re always on the look out for up and coming photographers that are producing some amazing photos. We recently caught wind of Nick Nogueira, who some of you might be able to piece together as the brother of Mannie Nogueira whose videos we post on the site regularly. The other day we got a sample of photos from Nick ranging from BMX to non-BMX commercial work he has done and we decided he was the perfect photographer for our Photos: interviews! We have a full interview with Nick giving you some insight into his photography work along with a new photogallery giving you a better look at some of his work! Ready? Let’s do this!

Tyler Fernengel – Eyeshot

Remember that crazy sculpture that Tyler Fernengel dropped in on back in 2011 for his cover of Issue 96 of DIG? Of course you do, because it was absolutely nuts. Today, DIG released a video giving us a little behind the scenes look at what it took to get the photo! It looks scary just sliding down it, we can’t imagine what it was like to ride down it!

“We’re psyched to introduce our new video series, ‘Eyeshot’ which takes a closer look, with the help of unseen raw clips, at some our favourite photos that have featured in the previous 21 years of DIG Magazine. To kick things off we go back two years to Haro and Demolition’s then up and coming rider Tyler Fernengel and the crazy drop-in he took on in Detroit which ended up on the cover of DIG 96 ‘Youth Of Today’ Issue. Scary is an understatement…

Broke and Broken Benefit Auction

Kink – Turn Down The Suck Tour II

The Kink Bike Co. team recently spent some time out in California bouncing around to different BMX shops and hitting street spots and skateparks along the way! Ride BMX released this video from the trip giving us a look in what Sean Sexton, Connor Lodes, Albert Mercado, Chris Doyle, Travis Hughes, Jacob Cable, Calvin Kosovich, Jack Acosta, Darryl Tocco, and more threw down along the way! The Wheel Mill – Game of B-I-K-E

The Wheel Mill recently threw a big game of B-I-K-E pairing up a few pro riders with some of the locals! Above is a video they put together giving us a look at some of the action that went down! Looks like they had a good time with this one!

“We hosted a Game of B.I.K.E. Tournament with a twist. Our expert finalists were matched up with a pro rider and had to battle it out against other teams. On top of that, riders got to choose any room they liked for their set. Van Homan, Ryan Wert, Zak Early, Jeremy Ball and Mike Potoczny were our guest pros. Cam Girvin and Van Homan took the game.
