Bloom Week At Woodward East 2022

The Bloom had a ladies week at Woodward East and there was an incredible turn out from the pros to the young guns! This video is a highlight video from the riding and good times that were had. The women’s BMX scene is exploding, and that’s awesome to see. Check it!

It was an amazing week to have some of the top women in BMX come out to Woodward Camp, and it was even more amazing to see the Bloom BMX x Woodward Camp scholarship recipients ride, bond and be mentored by their idols too.

Bloom Week at Woodward Camp is back, not only at Woodward East but now West too! We are so excited to have this opportunity to shape this into another memorable week, but now at both locations! These weeks will include hour-long jam sessions that are open to the ladies of action sports only! Female BMX Freestyle Campers and VIPs will have uninterrupted access to a different skatepark each day. Music will be pumping and the prizes will be flowing!

“It was filmed over the best part of a year due to me and Fred having conflicting work schedules at the time.

We tried to go all over the place and film a bit of everywhere so like there’s clips from north wales, Leeds, Manchester, all sorts.

The wallride T-bog at the start took a fair few goes and I found out after landing it that my front axle was snapped the whole time! Also the over pegs over hard on the yellow rail was the first I’ve ever landed so that took a good bit of work to figure out.

BYGON is just the name we gave our little group in the north west, pretty much just a name to put videos out under… BYGON full length DVD hopefully out the end of this year!” – Jack Hall
