Despite a rough ending with a broken collarbone, it’s safe to say he filmed a ton of great clips to wrap this one up. “With this video we figured we’d start filming at the start of 2021, if we had enough footage by the end of the year we’d put out an edit. However I managed to eat shit in the autumn, breaking my collarbone into three pieces and putting an end to my riding for the rest of the year. Another month has flown by! With a new month, that means we can always count on Brian Tunney to give us a look at what he got into. Here’s a look at some of the riding he got into during his garage flatland sessions. Plenty of gems and the music is on point as always! Take a look!
“So this month started out promising. We got out of town, we spent a few nights in New Orleans, drove all the way to Florida. Then got back and managed to ride a bit in between two harsh freezes, which was followed by an invasion of Ukraine. How I’ve done anything the past few days is beyond me cause the real world sucks a lot of the time.
But I’m very grateful to still be riding and learning. And even though this month’s riding is nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary, the point of it was to make myself do rolling tricks in a two-car garage and see how it worked. Most of the time it worked out, but the ride outs are hard to watch. Just getting stuck in corners in the wrong position can end a landed trick before I get back to the pedals. So if you haven’t seen that old Paul Osicka video of him doing complicated, original tricks inside a Chicago apartment, I’m telling you it’s really, really, really, really hard.
And the song is by Joan of Arc, from their early singles compilation. I’d encourage everyone to go buy it on bandcamp, but it’s not there. But the rest of their collection is here.

The latest stop of the BMX Triple Challenge went down in Arlington, Texas this past weekend and it was a cold one! They ultimately decided to skip the qualifier and semi-finals and went straight into the FINALS. After that, they threw a Best Trick contest that, despite the weather, still lead to plenty of bangers! Check it out!

At the start of the year, Brian Fox announced that he would no longer be riding for Radio Bikes after being apart of the team for a few years. There wasn’t any word on what his plan was. We just came across his Youtube channel to see he posted up a new video Bike Check giving us a look at his current setup. It looks like he’s running an S&M Bikes frame, fork and bars, but doesn’t mention anything as far as sponsorship goes. Either way, it looks like a dialed unit to us.
