Javi Rodriguez – Mi Parte

January 17, 2022

The Malakafornia crew over in Spain coming through with a new one featuring Javi Rodriguez going to work on street spots! This video has a good vibe to it, and Javi puts his pegs to heavy use on every rail and ledge in sight! Take a look!

“Javi Rodriguez from León with the llama..

I met Javi like 80% of the riders in Spain… A drunken night at the O’marisquiño. It was not until a year ago that I began to follow him more and see how he began to throw himself in the mud. I was amazed to know that a video part was being recorded and even more so, to know that we rewarded it on our channel.

I don’t mess around anymore, hit PLAY!” – Malakafornia

Great friends. Great weather. Great beers. Cheers to my dudes over at Skatepro and shout out to the good homies for filming”

Fit Bike Co. – Kairi Yamada

January 15, 2022

Over the years we’ve seen more an more young guns popping up that are absolutely crushing it for their age. The scene over in Japan has been producing a ton of amazing riders lately, and it looks like Fit Bike Co. have picked up 11 year old Kairi Yamada! Here’s his welcome video with a ton of great clips with big BLASTED airs, cranked turndowns and stylish tables on ramps to grinds galore and so much more. We can only imagine just how good this kid is going to get as he grows!

“Eleven-year-old, Japanese shredder, Kairi Yamada, rides with style way beyond his years. The kid has so much swag that the Van Homan took it upon himself to hit us up this time last year (while based in Tokyo working on the 2020 Olympics), to tell us about a young kid who was crushin’ the Bashi Burger ramps… and the rest is history. We had pops Yamada send us a few years worth of footy so we could time-capsule Kairi’s riding while he works on a fresh FIT edit with the Motobunka boys.

Kairi rides an 18″ and is on Instagram as @kailee_yamyam_ Go give him a Follow!

January 14, 2022

If you follow Chase Davidson on social media, you know the guy is ALWAYS on the move, getting into something. Here’s a video recapping his year from sessions on his bike to exploring, snowboarding, fishing and more. It’s safe to say despite 2021 being another weird year, he made the most of it. This one doesn’t have a ton of BMX, but it’s still a real good watch.

“With another year gone and dusted, that means I’m back with a brand new Year in Review showing a bunch of my personal favourite highlights and memories I was able to capture on video from the year 2021.

This year didn’t have quite as much international travel as years past since I veered slightly by returning to school in order to finish up my Bachelors degree of Business in Tourism after an 8 year hiatus. All in all, another great year to look back upon!
