Chase Davidson – 2021 Year In Review

January 14, 2022

If you follow Chase Davidson on social media, you know the guy is ALWAYS on the move, getting into something. Here’s a video recapping his year from sessions on his bike to exploring, snowboarding, fishing and more. It’s safe to say despite 2021 being another weird year, he made the most of it. This one doesn’t have a ton of BMX, but it’s still a real good watch.

“With another year gone and dusted, that means I’m back with a brand new Year in Review showing a bunch of my personal favourite highlights and memories I was able to capture on video from the year 2021.

This year didn’t have quite as much international travel as years past since I veered slightly by returning to school in order to finish up my Bachelors degree of Business in Tourism after an 8 year hiatus. All in all, another great year to look back upon!

SM BMX Jam 2021

August 30, 2021

Here’s a new one Chase Davidson uploaded from the SM BMX Jam that went down over in Sweden! Despite being cold and rainy, there was still a big turn out and a bunch of dialed riding went down, despite it being extra slick due to the water. Either way, it looks like this was a super good time and everyone made the best out of it!

“This year’s SM BMX took place at the Orminge Skatepark in Stockholm, Sweden and even though the weather wasn’t quite on our side, riders did their best to have a good time none the less. Here’s a short recap video of some of the events that took place!” – Chase Davidson

Cannettelife – CLT020 (Full Video)

May 16, 2021

Chase Davidson hit us with a link to one we missed from last year! Before COVID really shut things down, the Cannettelife crew got in their annual road trip! Normally these guys clock a ton of miles, but due to restrictions, they ended up bouncing around France! It looks like that didn’t keep them from having an amazing time, either. Check out this 30 minute gem Chase Davidson filmed and edited from street spots to trails and parks, along with a look at what they got into off their bikes as well! This is a super good watch, so hit play and enjoy!

“Each year, the Canettelife crew from France hits the open road for different lengths of time in order to have not only a good time, but to also ride some bikes. This year was a bit different from previous due to the current pandemic situation happening in the world. With limited options and the chance of facing quarantine if leaving the country, the choice was made to stay inside the borders of France for the first time.

The trip began in Marseille and headed west towards Biarritz before making the drive up the west coast through Bordeaux, and eventually inland before finishing off in Montpellier. With a heavy crew of riders, you bet all aspects of riding happened on this two week long road trip!

BaconEggs – A 2020 Edit

December 1, 2020

The BaconEggs BMX crew coming through with a new one after a bit of a hiatus. Hit play for a real solid mix of street and park clips from the crew filmed over the course of 2020. This BMX video is a real solid watch so get on that play button and take a look!

“It’s been quite a while since anything BaconEggsBMX related has come out but after sitting on a bunch of leftover footage and having been back home in Windsor, Ontario recently this year – The time was due. It’s always a good time getting to ride with the ones you grew up riding with and even after being away for so long, it always feels like home when we’re cruising together.

This video has a bunch of riding from Chase Davidson, Dan Donlon, Mark Goncalves, Ryan Seguin, Spank, Karl Morzy, Ben Cameron and Jayde Cunningham.

Chase Davidson – An Australian BMX Video

April 24, 2020

World traveler Chase Davidson has been calling Australia home for a little while now, and he has been steadily stacking clips from his sessions that he has been getting in at a ton of amazing skateparks and plenty of street spots. Here’s a video he whipped up filled with the goodness. The riding is solid and the vibe is great. There’s even appearances from a few familiar faces like Boyd Hilder and Cody Pollard in this. Don’t pass this BMX video up!

“These clips were filmed over the past two years with no real plan to make a video. Once the COVID-19 virus hit and we were all stuck inside, I decided to compile them all together into a little video to remember the times.

Chase Davidson – 30 Tricks X 30th Birthday

November 18, 2019

It has been a little while since we’ve seen a BMX video out of Chase Davidson, but it looks like he’s still on it when he gets the time! Chase has been on the move the past few years traveling and doing a bunch of non-BMX projects, but he’s still getting on his bike when he gets the chance. Here’s a look at an edit he whipped up to celebrate turning 30 by filming 30 clips on his bike, and a few on his skateboard, at a fun looking park. Check out what he cooked up!

“I haven’t been riding nearly as much since I began travelling more and more but I still enjoy getting out when the time comes. Often times I hit up the skateparks I’m near early in the morning before the crowds arrive which means there usually won’t be time for much filming.

As I hit my 30th birthday, I wanted to do something special and wanted to push myself a bit with the tricks I like. I teamed up with my good friend Matt Albrecht up near Brisbane, Australia in order to film 30 tricks at the Mount Cotton Skatepark.

Entirely filmed on the GoPro Hero 8 with the Snoppa Atom Stabilizer and then edited with Final Cut Pro.

Stratford BMX – Brad Mulholland x Seth Murray

June 11, 2019

Chase Davidson has been bouncing all over the world for a while now, and it looks like he recently spent some time in the U.K where he met up with Brad Mulholland, Seth Murray and his dad Stephen Murray to cruise some skateparks and trails. Here’s a look at what went down in this real solid video that Chase filmed and edited!

“A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of staying in Stratford Upon Avon with my mate Brad Mulholland who just so happens to be as rad of a BMX rider as he is a human being. We spent three days shredding with the Murray family around different parts of England.

A short but sweet mix of a couple of spots we made it to of both Brad and Seth doing some stunts. Cheers guys for such a great few days on two wheels!

BMXFU “Fu666” Premiere Jam Highlights

May 3, 2018

Check out full highlights from the jam the BMXFU crew threw before the premiere of the “FU666” video!

The other week, the BMXFU squad premiered their new “FU666” video at Mission BMX. Before the premiere, there was a jam at the B-Line Bike Park where a bunch of guys got together for a productive session and some good times. Here’s a video showing you everything that went down.

“After what seems like forever, the highly anticipated full-length from BMXFU has officially come out. The sixth instalment in the series titled “FU666” premiered in Niagara Falls, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta at Mission BMX on April 21st, 2018.

I was stoked to be in Canada during the time and close enough to Calgary to make my way down to hang out with a bunch of great humans. Big thanks to Greg D’Amico for letting me crash at his place for the weekend and to B-Line Skatepark for hosting the jam!

Greg did all the filming for this video while I was shooting photos for an online gallery that you can view over at BMX Union here: Photogallery: BMXFU “FU666” Premiere Jam

A few days ago, Greg asked if I would be able to put together the clips he shot into a little video and this is what I was able to come up with. It was fun getting to play around with some special effects that I normally wouldn’t put to use!
