Brian Tunney – August 2021 Clips
New month, new video from Brian Tunney! It’s September 1st and he has a quick new edit giving us a look at some of the flatland sessions he got in over the course of the month. It looks like this time around he has been putting in a lot of work to dial in his Undertaker to Smith combos. That’s what’s fun about BMX… One day you can barely do a trick, then after a bunch of practice and work it becomes something normal and something you can do a lot more consistently. It looks like Brian figured this one out!
“Towards the end of July, I attempted to randomly do an undertaker to smith simply because I hadn’t done one since last December. It didn’t work out well, and after an hour of trying, I gave up. The following day, I landed two, and thus began my great struggle with undertakers to smith in August of 2021. This combination has been a struggle for me to learn, and eventually, last year, they started coming more regularly. But because I had such a tough time initially landing one, I always treated them as a one and done move. The past four weeks, I attempted to normalize them. And it wasn’t easy.
Each one of these clips represents close to an hour of riding and filming. And even though most of them are ten seconds or less, the headache of landing them was worth it.“
Crü – As & When
If you’re looking for a full-length that’s going to get you in the mood to ride, here’s a new one from the streets of the U.K for your viewing pleasure! Check out 25 minutes from a ton of familiar faces going to work on spots galore!
“We’ve got a really sick one for you today from CRU and the Bristol, UK scene. 25 minutes of the good stuff via Emerson Morgan, Yog, Tom Dom Hill, Milham, Chez, Scott, Nik, Sam Cunningham, Ash Jenkins, Dyl, Barry Peach, Mark, Joe Tricker, Stiv, Mikey Suttle, Duffy, Bill Cooper, Joeri Veul, Cadle, Edge, Hayden, Edge, Kurt, Maher, Chef, Dave Watt, Taz and Harry Mills-Wakley.” DIG
“18 months on from the start of Covid-19 restrictions here in the UK, it’s easy to forget that at that point everyone thought the world was going to end…
Through all the snow, rain, hail storms, occasional sunny days, restrictions, isolations, solo and group missions, the crew here in Bristol kept the motivation high getting out as and when the conditions permitted. At some point in everything that happened over the past year we managed to pull together this video of the scene and keep ourselves busy whilst unable to travel.
All thanks goes to the Bristol scene, I hope the video goes some of the way to representing how incredible this scene is down here. Thanks for having each-others backs over the past year, it’s been a bit wild…
Huge thanks to Harry, Dom, Emerson, Chef, CrucialBMX, Jake Ellis and the entire Bristol scene for everything they do.” – DUFFY

Wethepeople – Jeffrey Lapointe 2021
Here’s a fresh one featuring Wethepeople‘s Jeffrey Lapointe going to work on street spots! This video has a pretty laidback vibe to it, but Jeff puts all four pegs and his freecoaster to heavy work on every rail and ledge he came across. Take a look!
“Wethepeople’s Canadian youngster Jeffrey Lapointe is as smooth as they come. Sit back and watch over 5 minutes of cutting edge street moves from the man himself. Jeffrey killed it for this one.
Video by Landon Barnes” – DIG BMX
SM BMX Jam 2021
Here’s a new one Chase Davidson uploaded from the SM BMX Jam that went down over in Sweden! Despite being cold and rainy, there was still a big turn out and a bunch of dialed riding went down, despite it being extra slick due to the water. Either way, it looks like this was a super good time and everyone made the best out of it!
“This year’s SM BMX took place at the Orminge Skatepark in Stockholm, Sweden and even though the weather wasn’t quite on our side, riders did their best to have a good time none the less. Here’s a short recap video of some of the events that took place!” – Chase Davidson
Saul Vilar – Fishing Clips
It’s pretty wild how good the kids are these days! Here’s a new one featuring Saul Vilar going to work on street spots over in Vigo, Spain! Saul is 14 years old and can shred street and parks like a full grown shredder. This one is split up with a bunch of grinds and combos from the streets, along with a ton of clips from parks where Saul is putting his bag of tricks and style for miles to work. Take a look!
“Back in April I moved up to Vigo (Galicia) for an Internship. With 14 years old Saúl being the main local rider in town I thought I’d bring my Camera with me so we can film some clips and make a video including street riding, since I saw that lately he is getting pretty good at it. I feel like only in the first two weeks, I’ve used that camera more than in the past four years.
It was the first time for him filming for a long term project which included going back to spots, trying clips for hours, having an injury and being out for a month, etc. Almost every day after school we would meet up to pedal around looking for spots. Then there was his dad who is such a cool guy. He would drive us around to the spots that are further away and take care of us while we’re riding, kinda like the manager of the crew.
While filming, I would always forget that he just turned 14 since he deals with fear, crashes and stuff better than many older dudes, haha. He had already stacked some heavy stuff around Vigo but shit escalated when we took a trip to León (4hours away) and he started throwing clips that we weren’t even thinking about!
I feel like he really enjoyed working on this and everyone around enjoyed watching the process. I hope that this video shows it.” – Fernando Laczko
Tree Bicycles Co. – Eze Helmreich Welcome Video
Tree Bicycle Co. have added trails rider Eze Helmreich from Argentina to their team! Here’s his welcome video packed with a ton of great riding clips to bring the news! Hit play and enjoy!
“Eze Helmreich of Córdoba, Argentina rips his local trails for nearly 3 minutes straight.
We met Eze back in ’18 at Woodward West where he was working and riding everyday. On our way in we heard about him from mutual friends telling us how crazy the Argentinian was on the trails, in the park or at the plaza.
For how crazy he was on his bike it was surprising how calm, respectful and nice he was on the deck. We shared many conversations that week about where we’ve been, what country had the best bowls and more.
After keeping up with Eze on social media we thought more and more about how good of a fit he would be for Tree.
Thankfully after we popped the question we shared the stoke about having a partnership!
Eze also owns his own company called One Place World where he makes apparel and camping gear!
You can check that out on instagram at @OnePlaceWorld or https://oneplaceworld.com/
