It’s kind of funny how from time to time I will find this need to do things I was never even asked to do. In this case, I happened to be able to get myself a pair of the new Orchid’s a few days before anyone else. Thanks to Derek Adams for doing that, so this is how I will return the favor. First of all, I don’t know why I wanted these shoes so bad in the first place. I have been wearing Etnies for close to 9 years now. I guess I’ve always wanted to try out some mid tops and these just caught my attention. So, check this out for those of you looking for some new shoes…
Madera Perspectives Part Two

Jay Miron Interview
I’m sure for all the guys who have been riding for years, you can remember your first custom complete you built up. My first was a MacNeil Ruben, with a bunch of Primo, and We The People parts. I remember wanting a MacNeil so bad because their team and everything was awesome. The frame still hangs in my garage to this day, I don’t plan on getting rid of it either. Needless to say I have been a Jay Miron fan for years, and just having a conversation with him at Interbike last year was one of the top things I did while in Las Vegas. It was time to do an interview with him, and this one is broke into two. You can check out some classic photos and some more questions over on the Dig site. Madera Perspectives Part 1
Over the course of the next few days there will be three parts posted for some interviews I did with the Madera team, and their chosen filmers for the new Madera video. Each rider on the team picked the filmer for their part and it went from there, and now the video is finishing up at the duplicators and it is time for the release.
This project has been going since the beginning of the winter, so some of the answers might sound a little funny when they refer to the weather just getting snowy, but yeah! Here is part one featuring Jeff Kocsis, Wade Young, Mike Hinkens, and Grant Castelluzzo.

Tazz Hernandez Interview
Now that the new site is for the most part all dialed in, we can get back to work.
