This year has been a weird one for everyone, but sometimes things do work out. Unfortunately Joe Embrey had to deal with a broken leg, but he was still able to get plenty of trips and sessions in before that happened to make for this rad new video filled with trails, park and street clips! Tariq Haouche – New Knee, Who Dis?

Tariq Haouche joined the very popular knee club and had ACL surgery that took him off his bike for a while. Well, the knee is all healed up and he’s back on his bike! Here’s a fresh one for Fit Bike Co. and 4Down Distribution filled with grinds galore, wallrides, big 360s and more. It’s safe to say Tariq is back to full strength! Take a look.

“Stockport UK’s Tariq Haouche has been on the scene for quite some time now. After making an appearance in the 4Down x Fit “Fuk-it” UK shop stop trip and popping up at various jams up and down the country, Tariq fell victim to the cursed ‘broken ACL’ and had to take time out for surgery and recovery. Moving on a year it looks like no time was lost getting back into the swing of things with a newly crafted ACL and a welcome back edit!

S&M X United – Post Code London – Episode 2

The 2nd Post Code London video from 4Down Distribution has arrived. This time around Harry Barrett, Marius Dietsche, Kris Bunnage and Michael Attewell go to work on spots all around the Abbey Road area. Here’s a look at what they got into on and off the bikes! Dialed spots and riding, nun chucks, bottle cap brands and more. This is loaded with a bunch of great riding and laughs, so hit play and take it all in!

4Down at Rush Skatepark – Raw

To help beat the winter, 4Down Distribution hooked their dealers around the U.K up with a private session at the Rush Skatepark! Here’s a raw cut of footage from the session that lead to a bunch of real solid riding and good times!

“In the dead of the UK winter not much happens in BMX. It’s cold, the weather is bleak and the desire to go outside, let alone go out on your bike, is pretty slim. We wanted to put a little something on for the 4Down family and invited a bunch of shops and their crews along with any of the 4Down riders available to have a private session in the warm (-1) setting of Rush Skatepark in Stroud, UK.
