Adam Banton – Just Carve

August 28, 2020

Adam Banton coming through with fresh video from a full mission he went on with a buddy recently out in I believe Arizona. This is kind of vloggy style, but more or less just documenting to the trip along with a look at the riding. This spot looks like a ton of fun minus the dust. Take a look!

“I heard this monstrous full pipe was dry and ridable. Back in 2014 I had a failed mission with cops searching the car, so I was reluctant to go back. But I knew the time was now and window was short. So I packed up the car, grabbed a friend and made the journey spending the day in the desert carving a massive transition. Enjoy the video, this thing is big. Music is used from my 3rd album Escapism” available on all main platforms.” – Adam Banton

Adam Banton’s New Massive Backyard Pump Track

June 15, 2020

I think pretty much every BMX rider at some point has dreamed of having their own backyard ramp, trails or pumptrack to ride. Over the years we’ve seen a ton of wild setups from tiny little yards packed with creative ramps or pump tracks to massive backyard ramps, and even full on indoor skateparks and training facilities. During the lockdown, Adam Banton has been filling his time working on his massive backyard pump track. Here’s a video showing the build out that took about a week, along with a little riding. This looks like a ton of fun and definitely a workout! Hit play and take it all in.

“Right about the time Covid-19 was hitting Arizona I had made plans to build a massive pump track in my new backyard. Luckily the the shut down didn’t affect our backyard dream build. My wife and I wanted a blend of fun freestyle jib features to ride BMX and MTB’s on with creative lines. A project this big took some long days to get done before the spring heat settled in, even after it was ridable it needed some love. I learned a lot during this build, and no doubt have lots more to learn. The end result is a massive “fun track” that’s a good layout for future add ons and endless ideas. Stay tuned in and thanks for watching, hope you liked it” – Adam Banton

Adam Banton – Recovered Clips

April 23, 2020

It has been too long since we’ve got some fresh clips from Adam Banton to check out! Here’s a short but sweet edit of clips that he happened to have just laying around in an folder on his computer. Instead of letting them go to waste, he whipped up this new edit. Plenty of rad clips with creativity and some front brake magic mixed in. Hopefully he can fix the end screen videos since they pop up a little early and keep you from seeing 3 or so clips! Either way, worth a look!

“Making room for another edit I found this mash up finished little piece I made a while back. I think it all started because I wanted to use this song I wrote and that it was faster and seemed fitting. A few may have gotten out but theres some unused stuff too. Some of my favorite spots in AZ, I sure miss the white walls! Enjoy.” – Adam Banton

Adam Banton Nowear Video Bike Check

August 27, 2019

Adam Banton is giving the Nowear Beast Mode setup a go! Here’s a new video bike check where Adam talks a little bit about the frame and gives you a run through of all the Odyssey parts, along with a few riding clips for good measure! Check out this unique setup!

“After leaving my previous long time frame Sponsor, it was refreshing to build up a bike like the NoWear “Beast Mode” frame. Super responsive and a few degrees left of normal. I surprised myself getting used to such a strange looking freestyle machine, or maybe it shouldn’t be a surprise!“

Adam Banton – 100F Freestyle

July 11, 2018

Adam Banton didn’t let the heat slow him down…

It’s always a good day when Adam Banton drops a new video. Here’s a fresh batch of clips that he filmed during a handful of very heated sessions between a handful of parks and Woodward. As always, Adam brings plenty of creativity and originality to everything he touches, so hit play and enjoy already!

“I’m pretty sure all of these clips were filmed when it was well over 100F. So naturally the F is for Freestyle right? Happy to finally get some of these ideas done and filmed. Hope you enjoy my take on some freestyle.”

How To Build A DIY Cement Quarterpipe

February 9, 2018

Want to learn how to build a DIY cement quarterpipe? Here’s a video from Adam Banton showing you how it’s done!

If you have ever complained about not having a spot to ride, or you just want something new and different to get a session on, here’s an idea for you. Adam Banton put together this video showing you how to build a DIY cement quarterpipe with some wood, a bunch of bricks and fill, and some quick crete. It’s a bit of work, but the end result is worth it. Here’s a look at how Adam and the Ginga Ninja built a quarter to wall, followed by some riding clips from the spot. It’s a little rough around the edges, but it looks like it it turned out rad.

Wat another example? Here’s a video Trey Jones put together a little while back showing you How to Build A Concrete Quarterpipe, which is similar to the way Adam did it.

“<>Wanna build a cement quarter pipe? Learn some tips while saving time and money. With average knowledge from myself and Ginja Ninja. I just wanted to make something new to ride and contribute to our scene. Watch and learn from our mistakes and dial in your own spot, enjoy.” – Adam Banton

Have you ever built a DIY cement quarter or just any sort of cement obstacle to ride? Do you have any tips or advice? Let us know in the comments below! Can’t go wrong with some extra advice to get it done right.

Woodward East – VIP: Adam Banton

January 18, 2018

Adam Banton gets creative for this new VIP from Woodward East!

We’re always stoked when Adam Banton‘s name pops up in a new video. The reason? We can always count on him to come through with some creative and unique riding that is unpredictable and a real good watch. This time around we get some double duty action because Adam also produced the song for this one with a few friends, too. Check out some great riding and enjoy the tunes in the latest VIP video from Woodward East!

“Anybody who has ridden BMX throughout the years knows how influential Adam Banton’s riding has been. Its always refreshing to see someone progress continually throughout the years and keep such a positive mindset.” – Woodward East

From Adam:

“It had been too long since I was back on the East coast at Woodward. I wasn’t sure what to expect honestly, I knew so much had changed, but in some ways camp seemed to look the same in recent vids from when I was a camper ages ago. I knew it had grown into a massive city of skateparks and I’ve heard great things of the music program they offer as well. After filming BMX most of everyday I’d go hang with music campers. I spent time rehearsing a song I wrote that week and jamming with Chris the music director. We finally recorded it my last day. I wanted to film some different things at camp and tried keeping an opening mind on what and where they would be. I had so much fun making music, riding and meeting tons of new people in a short time. Can’t wait to come back, thanks to all the staff, Josh Babu and awesome campers I met. I love Woodward.” – Adam Banton
