November 15, 2016

Yesterday BSD released their new “Thunder Down Under” video from the time Kriss Kyle, Alex Donnachie, David Grant and Liam Zingbergs spent exploring Adelaide. DIG just released their latest “In The Cut” that gives us some behind the scenes and B-Roll action that went down as well for your viewing pleasure. Hit play and take it in.

If you missed it yesterday, watch BSD’s Thunder Down Under video here!

“Sometimes in life you get lucky, but on this occasion when BSD’s Kriss Kyle, Alex Donnachie, and David Grant visited teammate Liam Zingbergs in his hometown of Adelaide, Australia they just got a shit load of rain. We were along for the rainiest week and apart from a few short spells of riding we visited a crack den ghetto spot, went on a mini safari, and watched the Leezy show.” – DIG

Urban Noise – BMX Street Riding In Tokyo

October 17, 2016

We’re pretty sure you could drop Devon Smillie, Tyler Fernengel, Bruno Hoffmann, Ollie Shields, Fernando Laczko, and Alex Donnachie just about anywhere and end up with a video packed with dialed riding. A few months back they were in Japan for the G-Shock Real Toughness contest, which we oddly enough haven’t seen much footage from, that left them with plenty of time to go out and cruise the street spots in Tokyo. Here’s a look at a bunch of raw clips. So good.

“With Devon Smillie, Tyler Fernengel, Bruno Hoffman, Ollie Shields, Fernando Laczko, and Alex Donnachie in Tokyo, Japan, for the G-Shock Real Toughness contest a few months back, it would’ve been foolish to squander the opportunity to ride street in one of biggest cites in the world with such an epic crew. So we arranged some local contacts, found a cheap hotel, and stuck around for a few extra days after the contest. Tokyo is so vast, insanely crowded, and security is on it, so riding street is not easy. Fortunately, as far as riding and filming were concerned, there were no sponsor obligations or clip counts to stress—and the sessions that ensued reflected that. The locals fed us a steady diet of predominantly ledge spots—and that was fine with us. The next couple days were super chill, consisting of fun spots, strange food, and more than a few street beers. The only sore spot on the trip was when Alex rolled his ankle on the first day at the first spot. After he did one of the cleanest and lofty uprail-to-hard 360s any of us had ever seen, we knew he was warming up for the hard 540, but he took his ankle out on the next try. Alex had to sit on the sideline for the rest of the trip, but he managed to hobble out every day and kick it with the crew, help film, and consume plenty of Kit Kats and other assorted candies. Meanwhile, local 13-year old Japanese prodigy, Rim Nakamura, subbed-in for a few of the sessions and totally killed it. Which was awesome to see—literally, a kid, just roll right into the session with some of the most bad-ass pros and just start shredding. Thanks to G-Shock, Hiroshi Uehara, Ken Jungnickel, Rim Nakamura, and all the other locals we met along the way.” – Ride BMX

Alex Donnachie and Friends In Hastings

October 12, 2016

Woozy BMX dropped this new mix of footage from a full day of riding around Hastings, England with Alex Donnachie, Kriss Kyle, Jordan Godwin, Dan Paley and Kevin Kalkoff. The crew hits skateparks, street spots and a DIY spot, leading to a good mix of tricks and styles between each of these guys. The first part is more edited with the second part being a raw cut with some b-roll, crashes and some non-riding footage. It’s definitely an interesting watch from start to finish, so get on that play button and see what went down!
