Some of you may have noticed that over the course of the past few months, Hoffman Bikes have made a few new additions to their flow squad. One of those guys is Cody Anderson who we have been seeing send himself like a wild man the past two years or so. Last week he dropped a new edit to celebrate his 21st birthday and we were blown away by some of the gnarly stuff he was doing, so we figured it was due time to get ahold of him to find out just what this kid is all about! Let’s take a look at what he said!

Self-Portrait

There’s no denying that there is no shortage of photographer these days, but it’s always pretty easy to spot the guys who have been putting in the time and work to make their photos look amazing. Todd Nichols name is one that might ring a bell, between his work we have featured on the site in the past or by bumping into him while he has been out on the road. Todd has been riding BMX and shooting photos longer than a good number of you reading this and with all those years comes a lot of experience, miles and snaps of the shutter that have lead to some great photos. We were thinking it would be rad to get to know Todd a little better and showcase some of his work over the years in a new interview and PHOTOGALLERY! Check out the interview by making the jump and then after, get a look at 29 of his photos in the photogallery! Ready? Let’s do this!

Division Brand Expanding Product Range

February 17, 2015

division-brand-bmx-grips

Here’s some interesting news that we just caught on the Division Brand website. After a few years of just doing small parts, it looks like they have plans to expand their entire product range to complete bikes, frames and even more options for parts. Check out the official word from Clint Millar on the news. Definitely a big surprise and we’re excited to see what is to come!

“It’s been a few years now since we launched Division Brand & the support the brand has been given has been nothing short of amazing. From all the team who are down for the cause, to our list of distributors from all over the planet, to all the amazing shops that carry our products & to the riders who have bought our products, we all thank you.

It’s now time to step things up a couple notches again for Division Brand.

We will be vastly increasing the product range on hand. What started as a smaller parts range, will now include a full complete bike range, after market frames & the range of parts will be expanding as well.

New parts additions will be our first grip, the Tactical Hubs & much more still in the works. All with the definitive Division Brand aesthetic making it have it’s own appeal. These newer items will start to be available from June throughout the end of the year. The frames & complete bikes will be available from October with new parts starting to appear during these times as well.

With all these changes also comes extra responsibilities & to take these on, Cooper Brownlee will step up his role into the brand manager for the company. Cooper will also join officially as a team rider. Something he pretty much always did behind the scenes, along with all his other duties within the Colony BMX family of brands. Nothing will change with his affiliation with our other brands & he will continue to do so more than ever.

I look forward to this new & exciting chapter ahead for Division Brand & I thanks all those in advance who are down with the cause. Even better things are just around the corner, so stay tuned.” – Clint Millar – rider owner Division Brand / Colony BMX / Academy BMX.
